He’s not a new member. He has already admitted to being a member of good standing here but is afraid of repercussions for coming forth. If I’m not mistaken, @Millard said that’s a no no and those accounts need combined.
As far as @Ej911 is concerned, he has stated that he fears the allegations that he is making will be met by retaliation from @TitaniumGear (TGI). @Ej911 claimed the second user account was created to protect his identity.
Given that @TitaniumGear (TGI) has already admitted to considering the hiring of someone to physical assault and injure a (former) member, this is the very reason secondary handles are allowed.I’m sure he has no qualms hurting me in some way.
I told a member I'd pay to have a banned member beat up after he emailed me and said he turned me in to LE. That is true.
I’m sure he has no qualms hurting me in some way.
However, there are instances where I have always strongly encourage members to create an alternate account. They should ALWAYS use a secondary account when discussing interactions with a source, especially negative interactions and experiences.
Sources are known to retaliate against members who post reviews or criticism that could adversely affect their business. The sources have your name and address. So it could be dangerous for members to publicly criticize sources. A secondary account is a reasonable precaution.
Of course, banned members creating multiple handles and sources creating secondary usernames to attack competitors are still always prohibited.
