This is true. Panda talking about writing my po trying to get permission for me to travel to China. Bought special stationary. @purplepandalabsWell @biggerben69 is unsupervised now so anything is possible.
I was on Federal Probation for a little more than 7yrs(supposed to be 5yrs). I gave the feds 21 months more inside while of supervised release. The original term was 60 months. If I was still "supervised" I would never get approved to go to china to visit pandas spot. He had previous felony convictions and I imagine has an indictment or 2 that are sealed. Feds would love to get him.
2 of my violations stemmed from traveling outside my district here in Ca., also. I never planned on being successful in completing probation. I also didn't plan on being found. A local Palm Springs PD snitch got me. A queer kid(37yrs old or so) my wife met while working at a retail clothing spot years ago. He sold narcotics and my wife and I actually posted up at his pad to run off local youngsters who were robbing him home invasion style monthly...sometimes 2 or 3 times in a month. Set up a security door to put some space between the door to enter the house. A security camera and monitor and we sat and waited 5 nights. Spread word that the guys cousin moved in and that open season was closed. He was grateful at the time. Met his mother when she flew in from Santiago, Chile. Sold me his Pharmacy test one night....the US Marshal's were at my pad the following morning.
I was in the wind for more than 2yrs. Would've never been found if not for the snitch. The same Marshal came for me all 3 times with 10 to 15 of his friends in tow.
He was taking a cheap shot, that panda. I just say what I have to say about him. He responds to my comments and questions with gems like "The answer is self evident." He thinks he's clever. I like that he shows up when I start in on him. I'm not sure I'll make it back going to visit and tour his warehouses. He's ok.
I told him I'd give a synopsis of his operation when I got back. I would post it here, I suppose.
I'm not pleased that this source got caught up. I could think of a half dozen scumbags I would rather have met their end the way this source did. It was circumstance that had us on opposite sides here.
He had to be a likable guy. Nevermind the fanbois and the dickriders/groupies that all well known drug dealers have. He seemed ok. Drug dealers are generally fun to be around. Its not an easy life to walk away from.
He needed to not have the lab where he laid his head. He should've been renting a place. He may have had plans to do so and just never got around to it?
I'm curious as to how his case is going to be handled? The state could have their way with him. He could be sentenced to state prison or county jail. When he's about 6 months or so to the door his case manager will let him know that he has a hold. That means instead of releasing to the street or to some kind of halfway house the feds will pick him up on a federal indictment and will have to face charges in the feds.
They will take his home with the indoor court and gym, bank accounts, cars...everything. With federal probation taken into consideration after his federal prison term along with this state time he's dealing with...I would estimate that he will have the next 10 years pre-planned for him....maybe 15.
Now, thats not all behind a wall. I'd say 7 to 10 total behind a wall. That gun is a bitch to deal with in the feds. If he's fortunate he'll get 2yrs for the gun on top of whatever sentence he gets for the other stuff. It could be 5yrs.
