If you’re trying to lose fat and lose it permanently I would recommend doing it sans drugs. Sure you could lose weight/fat with thyroid hormones like t3 or with crap like clen, dnp, adderall etc etc but once the stimulus is removed the weight will come back if the calories aren’t adjusted, and roids aren’t really fat burners. I know it’s not easy; I too lost a lot of weight, like ~100lbs over 1-1.5 yr period when I quit the drugs but hit a wall. Sometimes you gotta up the calories carefully to speed up metabolism and then diet again.
I spent almost 2 years losing 70lbs all natural. Thank god I didn’t try to use any stimulants or thyroid hormones. Its called blood, sweat, and tears. And I think it’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. It was about discipline and educating myself about what I put in my body. If I put shit for fuel in it I get shit results.

I have a had a few um buddy's wanting to cut weight while stay shredded and intermitting fasting is what they incoprated. As well as allot of lean wild game,grass fed beef only. An of course that cardio. But id make it fun for um with doing kickboxing drills,hitting pads, and sparring. I saw with pure dedication no drugs to contractual obligations against them doing so. Grind it out and lose 15 to 20LBS and keep it off. When I worked with guys consistency is key! To many hit their goal then get complacent and in 4 to 6 weeks bloon back up because their is no consistency for the life style. Good luck brother you can do man ,have no doubt. Shock your system switch it up and watch the progress come . Best of wishes my man

What about this source man. I'm torn to go dom. Safer no customes like another source on this board that sales AP pharma was thinking going with all of it. But I'm thinking about this source if I can find a resent list. And he has the orals and oils I need. By the way your the man. Ive seen you over the yrs help allot of young men save themselves from diasters and also be proactive on sources hitting shit before others new. You have had my full respect for 3 + yrs almost the dark horse super man. Thank you

I’ve done hit my goals and past them. I left them in 2017. I’ve run a marathon, half marathon, and several 10k’s. Right now I’m 185 and pretty shredded. I’ve put 22 pounds of pure muscle on since my weight loss journey. I’m training now to ride my first cycle race in April and want to do a triathalon. I can do hard things. I see no point in having a fit body if I don’t use it. Curls for girls is bullshit.

Kudos brother! Love hearing these .Personally thier inspirational and the newer members who haven't read boards for yrs before joining can read these types of post and learn from it. Go hard in the paint in that Triatholon! Wish you the best!

Funny you mentioned that. I was probably only eating 800-1100 calories a day and my weight never went down. I started working out and eating real food and I started to notice the change

I am by no means looking for a magic solution. I’ve been having my calories around 1800-2500 a day for the last 3-4 months , I am just an impatient person lol

This exactly. Consistency is the key. Over the past 30 plus years I have trained in a bodybuilding style and as a powerlifter at various times but I have always trained.

The past 10 years or so I have trained seven days a week. I don't have any more volume or time in the gym than before but I have found as I get older that the best way for me to train with maximum intensity is in half hour to no longer than one hour training sessions.

I can tell you if you are able to do this you won't have a weight problem. I eat what I want when I want and always have with the exception of the final couple of weeks prior to my powerlifting meets when I tighten things up considerably to make weight.

Most people's problem is that they just aren't consistent with their training frequency and/or their training intensity is lacking when they are in the gym.

If I were going to compete in a bodybuilding event I would have to tighten it up further but I think I have done fairly up to this point. This is from two or three years back but I look basically the same today at over 50.

It ok, nothing great but better than Taco Bell is for damn sure

I don’t know man, they got fresh made flour tortillas in house, fresh salsa, fresh pico, grilled flank or skirt steak for their fajitas. Pretty damn good in my opinion. I think it’s a step up from fast food, but not quite as expensive as a regular sit down restaurant.

I love me some fajita and egg tacos. Yum.
