I have a had a few um buddy's wanting to cut weight while stay shredded and intermitting fasting is what they incoprated. As well as allot of lean wild game,grass fed beef only. An of course that cardio. But id make it fun for um with doing kickboxing drills,hitting pads, and sparring. I saw with pure dedication no drugs to contractual obligations against them doing so. Grind it out and lose 15 to 20LBS and keep it off. When I worked with guys consistency is key! To many hit their goal then get complacent and in 4 to 6 weeks bloon back up because their is no consistency for the life style. Good luck brother you can do man ,have no doubt.
