So basically a recomp? What exactly are you trying to accomplish, like for instance put on x amount of quality muscle, or lose an x amount of bf? What's your bf% right now? How old are you? Sorry for all the questions but it's not that easy to just suggest something without knowing these details. Anyone could say I would use this and this for 12 weeks. I mean if that's what u want then I would do test at 750 and Npp at 500 for 12 weeks. Keep your diet clean but eat enough to grow
I could also suggest keeping your trt dose of test and running tren a for 8 weeks at 350. But...I'm sure I'll catch some heat for suggesting tren. But at 350 for 8 weeks should be tolerable enough. And nothing changed my body like tren did.
I was going to suggest similar but only 500 test and 400 NPP. That’s a good easy going cycle that’s versatile to bulk on if you eat a surplus or recomp on if you eat at maintenance. The sides are easy to manage.
