I’m on a short cycle and trying to hit the highest level of gains possible. I’m afraid with my level of AAS use my body may not respond well to lower doses. Any experience with that and Winstrol. I’ll probably be starting it Monday and want to get the most out of it.

And which did you see the maximum results?
Well you may be right about that part bro. I've always just done it that way(ramped up doses), so I dont really know any different. I will say this though...I didnt notice a huge difference in the time I ran it for 8 weeks vs. 6 weeks, and the really good strength, hardening and LBM for me always comes when I phase up from 75 to 100mg(usually that last 2 weeks). You're experienced enough, and you know your body well enough to know when enough is enough...so just let it hang a run it at 100mg ed if you feel that your organs can take it. That's your call...and thats why I always drop after 6. Risk vs. Reward

My last labs were beautiful and blood pressure has been perfect. I’ll be running Test at what I consider to just be moderate for me. The only thing that’ll be hepatotoxic is the Winny. I think with a very strict diet and liver support I can let it all hang out for 6 weeks.

What I’m thinking is 100mg for 5 weeks, 75mg for a week, and then 50mg for a week. So 7 weeks with a step down.

Anyone have experience with Selenium, R-ALA, or Policosanol and if so would it be overkill to use all three with milk thistle.

You really need to take a minimum of 5g vitamin c per day as well.

Easiest way is to get vitamin c buffered powder. Mix with juice or whatever other liquid you prefer.

Vitamin C that's buffered, so it's easier on the stomach* Buffered C Powder makes it easier for individuals with a sensitive or compromised digestive system to take a higher amount of vitamin C”

If you’re not one of those with a compromised digestive system is there still a benefit to buffered and what would that benefit be?

Vitamin c picks up free radicals.

But in the case of orals, higher doses of vitamin c help the liver greatly.

The reason I suggest buffered vit c powder is because it’s easier than swallowing 5 horse pills or more.

Mixing the powder in a post workout or in the morning with a drink is far easier and normally is dosed higher as well. One tea spoon is generally dosed at 5g.

For what? Each have there place. If I was taking vitamin c for something like staying healthy overall, I would tell you to use the superior form liposomal vitamin c. This type of vitamin c works on a much different cellular level.

If it’s issues with stomach is why one couldn’t take ascorbic, then liposomal is 100% for you. But if you take vitamin c daily then you should switch to liposomal. Huge difference.
