This is what I hate about planet fitness, as I work out there alot. I love doing dumbell work, and I cant do any kind of flat/incline bench and still get a good workout. I have to use balance machines, barbell(which I hate honestly), or I have to fucking load up on cables. It sucks, but I manage. It a blast earlier last year I had to get a second membership somewhere else just to feel like I was lifting heavy enough lol. looks like it already hasI have another membership due to the lack of weights also. But PF is everywhere where I live, so it makes it easy to go to different ones by my house, work, or a lady friend. So in that sense it's practical.
But the cheap costs, has so many people in there this New Year. Make me wanna slam a mo fo. So many people just sitting on a machine looking at their phone.

I bet I'm around 14% right now on a shitty diet and you can still see my abs. Now a little over a year and a half ago I was JFlab for sure lol.
