Honestly tren scared the shit out of me too, I picked up tren in 2 occasions and ended up just selling it because I couldn’t do it. But after more research it seemed like the best way to go and in loving it no regret at all. My girlfriend can’t walk properly, I dropped fat weight and the strength increase is undeniable

Its a service business. You need to remember the customer is ALWAYS right even when they are wrong. Put on the kid gloves for things like this and don’t attack. Yes it was the customer’s mistake. Yes it COULD make you look bad when he says the pack came without a name and it was HIS fault not yours. But these stories are better saved for later rather than attacking your customer on the forum. I run into stupid bullshit every day but you just need to nod your head and accept it. Change your email to include “NAME and address”. You need to make your systems absolutely idiot proof. And still be humble when stupid tells you it’s not his fault.

Actually, the best quote I heard was from a very successful CEO. He said the customer is NOT always right, but the customer IS always the customer and needs to be treated as such. I’ve seen way too many customers be 100000% wrong, but they’re still the customer.
