Ok since your giving out blast advice. What’s mine to add BIG lean fucking mass? Just curious.

NPP at 400 to 600mg per week
TrenA at 400mg per week
Proviron 50mg ed
Anavar at 50mg last 6 weeks

Only thing I would change for you @HIGHRISK , do the winny/anadrol combo instead of anavar. It’ll net you more muscles.
 
@Fitfemale31 i pretty much gave you the same advice @Roger rabbit did I just choose to keep my answer simple. I may be wrong but you seemed to imply that you felt that you could get more out of what you are doing and that you seemed to be missing the libido increase. My suggestion to increase the dose was trifold. One to figure out what dosing protocol works best for you. I would imagine you won’t be one and done with cycling so maybe add a little more now towards the end this way if you pull the plug due to sides there is no real loss and you now have a baseline for next time. Two. You seem slightly disappointed by the lack of increased libido. So add a touch more and see if that gets the fires going. Three and this is the important one. I said you could achieve both results that you asked about. DEPENDING on diet. Keep the cut going hard and the var will help offset the loss of muscle by keeping protein synthesis elevated preserving the muscle you have. You want to gain muscle and appear larger and fuller then increase calories 200-300 above maintenance. YOU DO NOT have to increase your var dose to do any of these. It will help across the board on everything I just wrote though if you do increase and will help give you a learning curve for future cycles.

Makes sense. I was just questioning if raising my dose would cause me to build more muscle. My traps and shoulders seem to be getting pretty big and I dont want them to outgrow the ideal physique for bikini division. That’s the one thing I was worried about.

As for the libido. I naturally have a pretty good libido but I wasn’t going to complain at all if it went even higher as a side especially if I could count the results as cardio ;)

How long would you run the proviron? First 6 weeks? I want to lean out around August and was gonna run tren test and anavar but im curious about throwing in the npp and proviron

Proviron won’t help you lean, it’ll just make sure your gains are lean if that makes sense.

I throw in proviron with NPP to add dht to the mix since I run low test, so i run proviron for the duration of my run with NPP.

I said Anavar because that is a pretty hefty cycle and Anavar is way easier in the body than drol and winny after a run like that. I would even go as far as saying keep the tren around 300mg if he were to do it. I was just throwing a cycle out there...its a heavy one. Lol I'm on it right now. I threw tren in last night with my NPP. I dont want to run 20 weeks so I'm just going to blast big for 12 or 14 now
