@balco if you can show evidence of an unopened vial that has anything in it then you have a case here. If you cannot show proof of anything floating inside the vials without being unopened then you have nothing to go on.
The rubber pieces that are in your vial(s) is from your own doing. I can’t see how you think it’s TGIs fault? They wasn’t sent to you that way...
I’m always a “members first” person myself but what’s right is right and I just think you are in the wrong with this entire situation bro.

Don't own any 18-20g. You must be an expert man, you can tell by a poor quality image what gauge was used, you are truly gifted.

I get where you are coming from but if I'm using 23g and only drawing 4-7 times how am I causing this. Drawing liquid into a syringe is not rocket science, how do you fuck it up?
 
How did this go from "hey, I got some rubber pieces in my vial" to balco is a scammer and TGI blacklisted him? What did you ask for initially @balco? A full refund or just replace what was contaminated? What was his reason to blacklist you?

For future reference handle this shit over email like other members have done. So much easier and I promise you will be taken care of. Your source will do the right thing. All this drama (kind of fun to read) could have been avoided by keeping it private. Damn.

FDA? How many people have they fucked over? Quite a lot. No comparison.

Customer has stopper pieces in a vial. He wants whole cycle replaced (305 worth of 415 total order) never had stopper chunks issues before this customer. Yet all his vials are ruined. I offered refund in exchange for pic of broken vials/useless gear. He refuses saying i won't send his refund.
At first he wanted total replacement but i figured that would lead to 2 shipments with same accusation then a refund, so i figured i would save myself some gear and offer the refund first. So how do i proceed. Just issue refund without evidence of destroyed gear and blacklist him? Thoughts?

so you refunded the dudes whole cycle for 1 vial that was having a mishap? too kind my man, thats fucking greedy of him. an extra vial okay cool, but several for one sinle vial?? nah. thats like me ordering three chocolate chip cookies and a m&m mcflurry when im at mcd's being the fatfuck I am every friday night and for some reason their machine dispenses some oreos in my mcflurry, i can get a new mcflurry w/ only m&m's but not another set of cookies too.
