I leave my e2 alone until the first signs of high e2 sides....typically in the mid 70s.
2 to 3 1mg arimidex over 2 to 3 weeks knocks me back to the 20s and i let go again.

For the last 2 years I have been battling gyno flare ups when blasting. I can’t get it to go away completely any more. Really small and unnoticeable to anyone, but not gone.

I run pharma Adex and Raloxifene. Do you have any friends that are able to let their E2 come up a little and still control gyno?

I just pulled bloods and my E2 is 14. I was very surprised because I had the perception that I was on a moderate dose of Adex. Obviously not!

Honestly curious how sources even choose their client list when they decide to go private. Is it just out of familiarity? I’m sure you guys are good at being familiar with emails/handles but as I’m sure (really hoping) emails and shit are deleted frequently do you guys solely go off of forum presence/order history (from what you can remember), or what?

This isn’t me phishing for “the golden ticket” and if you’d rather not share right now so others don’t start trying to “play the system” feel free not to elaborate. I’m just curious, as I haven’t (unless I missed it somehow) seen a public source go private on these boards. SP as far as I have seen from reading through was “private”already when he came phishing for more customers.

my standards aren't crazy. I dont have some ledger i keep track of who orders when/how much.


My rant is more about somebody coming in here trying to lip service his way into what he feels is a coveted position. Genuine selfless compliments are one thing. Ulterior motives are another. And i cannot stand somebody telling my how to drive. I follow all source threads and simply don't like the gist of what i saw. Best advice is to listen to your body/consult a doc. Gyno is no joke.

everyone doesn’t aromatizes the same. What is enough AI for one could be overkill/under for another.

Sure, I know plenty who do and personally I do as well[emoji106] having a good ratio of testosterone to estrogen is a good thing.

Same if you are let’s say 600ng baseline bloods and let’s say 35 e2.

If your test is 3500ng while and 70 e2 then that’s normally not a problem for most I would say. But like anything there are always the exception to the “rule” so to speak.

But on the flip u don’t want to keep e2 elevated for a long time as the cardio vas system could suffer.

And on the flip flip having too low of e2 can cause bone disapating and fat accumulation. Pick your poison[emoji51]
