The air would have to be on the backside of the oil and that’s not possible, unless I’m missing something.

These are the ones I get. 22g to draw already attached and I get 25g separate.

Plantar fasciitis sucks balls. I had it in one foot and from walking weird ended up getting it in the other foot too. Lots of stretches, rolling it on a hard ball in the mornings. I even bought that sleep thing that keeps your feet in that stretched position. ended up having to tape it up because the velcro would come undone. Even bought these ugly ass $150 shoes just for that and wore them once. Most ridiculous looking and uncomfortable thing I have ever worn.

What made the difference for me was getting the $50 dr scholls half inserts from walmart. The ones you have to stand on the machine and let it tell you which one would be best. I think it was the 440. put that in my shoes and it started getting better. Believe it or not, walking barefoot around the house helped me as well. Lots of IBuprofen. 600mg 3-4 times per day per the doc. Wouldnt even give me anything for the pain. Said it wouldnt help. Bullshit, my friend was getting hydrocodones at the time and they helped. Asshole. Anyways, I still feel tightness and the rubber band feeling in the bottom of my foot when I go heavy or do alot of sets on leg day, but hasnt actually hurt in a couple of years.
I’ve tried it all man. I have the Velcro boot too. @Roger rabbit I’ve done the stretching and still do. It’s definitely caused by my calves and around my ankles of being tight all the time. Ice has helped keep the inflammation down some.
Doing what I can to get it resolved but fuck this shit is brutal lol.

Looks like the plunger has a flat top for accurate dosing too, correct?

So I just pinned tren into my deltoid and realized that I couldn’t get the last .1ml out of the syringe and into my muscle... haven’t really paid attention to that before but anyone have any tips?
Everyone is afraid of air in their syringe. I use the Excel with the nipple plungers and still draw back a little excess air in mine to force it all in.
