No fucking shit. I hit the sack at 9, woke up at 11:20, then 2:45. Came down and "slept" on the recliner till 6. Heavy deads today, too.

The magnesium spray really does work. I might wake up from time to time but I’ve gotten 3 solid nights of sleep this week. Total improvement and I would highly recommend.

I work 10’s. Which is really like a 12 hr shift since I open and close our shop, do the deposit and all, it’s usually 7am to 7 pm.

Yes and no, because by vets coming out and making people aware of why it is they do what they do, it can also allow for new sources to use that shit to their advantage in a negative manner, I like your style but personally I don’t think any of these guys have a skit that they lay down everytime a new source comes around. Maybe I am wrong but is seems like everyone sort of wings it.
