LHW for my first show since I won’t be lean enough and ready to deplete hard enough yet. MW at Nationals 12 weeks from now..

Yup, but because the weigh ins are so fucking close to the show (morning of or late night before) I bet I’ll be damn close to 198. We want to be filling up prior to weigh ins. I’d guess by Friday I’ll be 190-192 out of bed which leaves 6-8lbs to play with during the day, maybe 10+ if we decide to cut water a bit harder. Depends where we’re at visually. Not intending to pull any ace cards for this one. Save those for the national show since that’s the real prize.

Definitely a solid plan!! I was always grateful to have a good coach in my corner! Fuck those emotions and over thinking would usually get the best of me that last week!! Trying to be right there at the best 198 1/4 I could be!! Backstage sizing everyone up and everyone always "appeared" better then I was!! Never lost but damn that shit will fuck with your head backstage and weigh ins!! Lol, think I need some aromisn getting a tear in my eye thinking about those days!! Loved competing!!

Hoping this is low stress. Accommodations all made. Show and tan and such all paid for and scheduled. Days off from work/flexibility to work offsite. A coach that’s nailed it every step of the way. Babysitter for my boy.

All lining up nicely. The plan, as always, is a win. Really gunning for an overall as well to prove I’m ready to fight for a card though. If we get it, the second show gets cancelled and we go straight to nationals prep. If not, we may fine tune our approach with the second show.
