Well for one I guess i should put it this way. I would rather cook with coconut oil than canola oil.
I mean if all oils are good then I should be able to live on chicken fried rice???
I specifically said heavy processed oils are to be avoided. Coconut is absolutely a good substitute for cooking oils. But it’s not because Its coconut oil. Just because it’s not vegetable oil. Quality Olive oil would be suitable as well.

I just don’t want to see these things be perpetuated with no understanding of why or where they came from. Guys Have improved their lipid profiles eating just McDonald’s. So the “good fat” argument is sort of outdated. That’s all. If you enjoy those foods go for it.

I agree with everything you said.
But I need to see that study that someone improved there lipid profile eating at mcds.
That one shocks me.

Overall bodycomp dictates lipids far more than the food consumed. It’s just how the medical industry has built itself. We like to treat the symptom not the cause. Bad cholesterol? Oh just don’t eat any. No. Get healthier.

So would chicken fried rice cooked in coconut oil or olive oil be a good post workout meal?

The only reason I prefer Avocados for a fat source, is to boost my fiber content. Especially on lower calories/carbs, when it’s harder to hit fiber goals without supplementation

100% can be a factor. But what’s your fiber goal based on? If you’re poopin without excessive bloat or trouble digesting things you’re good. I’m betting my fiber is low but I’ve now determined that isn’t the variable fucking with my gut.

It’s so person to person. I have one massive bowel movement per day, and I’m good after that. I know other people that go 3-4 times a day, and I have another friend that takes medication to keep himself from going so often lol

Dude once?!? Jesus. Fuck that. Offseason, 6-8 times a day for me. Now, 2-3. I’d explode lol.

Even with a virgin VG I’ve never had PIP there that mattered. Unless you poke it it shouldn’t interfere with any day to day like quads or delts would
Never had any issues either except the one time I was bent over working on something and my belt was pushing on it. Only time that site has remotely hurt after pinning. Great site overall. Two thumbs up. But then again, Im freaky and enjoy pinning quads as well. Lmao.

I can only do it when I’m really tired or just physically exhausted. Really hard to fall asleep on my back.
Ever tried laying flat on your back, with a super squishy pillow under your neck and then a regular one under your legs. If I do that I can sleep that way all night. Weird thing is never like that for 2nights in a row. For whatever reason I always wake up way more restful.
Interesting tidbit, I don’t have the study on hand but I read about one done about 20 years ago where two different groups blood testosterone were tested the upon waking. One group slept on their left side, and the other in various positions. The group who slept on their left side, there Total testosterone was higher. By how much??? I do t remember it saying, I just remember trying to correct myself in the middle of the night, back when I was all natural, thinking I would have one up on all my competition. Lol. Fucking natty’s
