To Freeze or Not To Freeze: Lyophilized Peptides

I had an accident today, after pinning BPC forgot to put it back in the Fridge to find out only at night. It was about 17 hours at about 22 degrees, no sun or light. I couldn´t find any info about this case. I assumed the vial is "lost" but maybe someone knows the correct answer.

Thanks!
Without testing the vial ( not economical) you won't really know.
Personally , I would use the remainder as a vial gets used very quickly and think nothing more about it.

I'll update this thread. I'd like for some other tests to wrap up and be ready to be publicized before my next update. I want to preemptively answer/counter some likely questions and arguments in one go.

Might be a month before this initial recap is ready. There are more ongoing tests that will supplement it over the next 2-6 months as well.

Do you have any updates you could share at this time? Thanks.

Cryofreezers are getting cheaper and cheaper. -86c within the "near zero degradation" range, and no worries of thaw/refreeze at that temp. $1k isn't cheap, but considering what some of us spend on peptides, it could make sense. I like the portable units. Capacity is really small but you don't need much for a lot of vials, and it'll keep the electricity usage down.

I've got mine in a chest freezer that gets to -15f, inside a thermos that has some dessident in it. It is then vacuum sealed. No idea if it's actually working, but it makes me feel better.
