Has anybody else experience pumps so painful that you have to cut your training sessions short?
It's similar to the lower back dbol feeling, but I'm not taking dbol, so I can't "just stop taking it and the pain will go away". Anybody experience this and/or have suggestions on how to get past it? It gets frustrating to have to leave the gym after one warm up set and one work set. (It's most common in my forearms and front delts even when not directly training either.)
