Torro XL training log. Post surgery

I've had 2 more light training sessions since I started this thread. I'm finding out what I can and can't do for now. Overhead press seems to be an issue. It's also the lift I was doing when I fucked my shit up. Front raises and laterals were no problem. Pumping up nice too. Tomorrow is big back. Really gonna concentrate on my time under tension as well as contractions. For example, a seated row I pretend I have a grapefruit in between my shoulder blades and squeeze the motherfucker and hold it for a few seconds. Same goes for bent rows and lat pull down. Rep scheme will vary between 8-16 reps and time in between sets will vary as well. These first few weeks are basically a primer for me. I will have a good idea on what I can and can't do. I'm still a little undecided on the rest of the gear I'll be running. However, next week I will be adding tren e. It's been a while since I ran tren and I'm looking forward to it. So far so good in The Bulls comeback...

Get it Tank! Don't go crazy man. One of the biggest mofos in my gym never goes crazy heavy. So, I know it's possible to be big as fuck without killing ourselves.

Week 2

I'm already noticing my muscles feel fuller. I'm only running 600 test and some LGD. In these 2 weeks I hit 5 gym sessions. I'm eating back into it for the first month. I can feel what lifts I can't do with my neck injury. Tomorrow I'm adding some Trenbolone into the mix. It's been a while since I blasted tren. I'm fighting a nasty flu rite now too. This pic doesn't show much in regards to gains. Just feel fuller. I'm on the hang no pump either. As the weeks and months go by, the transformation will be noticeable. I weighed in at 195lbs

That's a tuff one. Sleep is a real key to growing. It's also hard for some of us to have a good sleep program. Specially with out drugs. A lot of times I just have to go with out sleep cuz I can't take sleep aids. At least none of the good ones:(
 
Yeah man, I'm trying to figure it out. Thinking maybe just going to bed right after work and waking up earlier to work out instead of working out after a 12 hour shift at the mill.
 
Yeah, and im fresh that way. Im fucking dead most days after work. Sometimes I'll get pumped and that third wind of energy will come to, in the gy., Then I cant fucking sleep all day, so I'm even worse off the next day...and so on...and so on... Graveyard is a cunt.
 
Since I figured out I'm unable to do overhead presses, I went about touching my delts up a different way today. I'm satisfied with the size of my delts. So what I do is my chest routine, mostly incline. However, I did barbell flat today for the first time in over 3 months. To give y'all a reference point on how my strength has depleted, prior to my injury/surgery I could 1MR 315lbs. As of today, I struggled with 135lbs for a set of 10. I was discouraged to say the least. No biggie tho cuz the end of training I was #Lit. I'll go into that later.

By the end of chest and delt finishing sets, I had one of the best skin tearing pumps I ever had. Vascular AF HOOD ON SWOLE AND DELTS PUMPED AND ROUNDED!!!

Today I added 300mg Tren E as I will be running 600mg tren E a week alongside my Test E at 600 a week. I'm no longer running the LGD. I also acquired a tub of GOD OF WAR preworkout I acquired from my brutha @beameupscotty

Strength is not what it was however, I'm gonna enjoy this aesthetics training. There will for sure be a plethora of finger bangers and fucksticks in the near future for THE BULL;)
