Yes sir... Indeed muscle memory is the real deal. I think when the cut all my. Nerves that did something to my CNS. This shit feels like nothing I'm familiar with...

Yes. Nerve damage has sharp pain shoot thru my traps down both my delts. Sleeping or trying to sleep I should say is quite painful. I don't take any pain pills so I just kinda wing it.
Brutal, the type of pain you don't wish on anybody! Good luck with recovery bro I hope u find some peace within the pain.
 
Since I figured out I'm unable to do overhead presses, I went about touching my delts up a different way today. I'm satisfied with the size of my delts. So what I do is my chest routine, mostly incline. However, I did barbell flat today for the first time in over 3 months. To give y'all a reference point on how my strength has depleted, prior to my injury/surgery I could 1MR 315lbs. As of today, I struggled with 135lbs for a set of 10. I was discouraged to say the least. No biggie tho cuz the end of training I was #Lit. I'll go into that later.

5X135 Barbell flat AMAP Reps
4X40lb Dumbell incline pressX AMAP with calculated TUT
4X35lb Dumbell fly " "
4XCable fly AMAP " "

The finisher!!!
5X20lb front raises AMAP With calculated TUT
5X20 side lateral raise " "
3XCable side lateral raise 10lb until failure

By the end of chest and delt finishing sets, I had one of the best skin tearing pumps I ever had. Vascular AF HOOD ON SWOLE AND DELTS PUMPED AND ROUNDED!!!

Today I added 300mg Tren E as I will be running 600mg tren E a week alongside my Test E at 600 a week. I'm no longer running the LGD. I also acquired a tub of GOD OF WAR preworkout I acquired from my brutha @beameupscotty

Strength is not what it was however, I'm gonna enjoy this aesthetics training. There will for sure be a plethora of finger bangers and fucksticks in the near future for THE BULL;)

Figured I'd run it for a few weeks to see how it feels. It was only 2 weeks and I anticipated a month however, I just started tren today. What's your opinion? Souls I have run it for a month? It's not to late. I just don't know much about it so any feed back on would be great. Would it compliment 600 test and 600 tren ya think?

I read up on it a little, not long ago.

I think it would compliment the test, but not sure on the tren to be honest.

And TUT is a great way to train, IMO, it can be much more intense than heavy sets. Ive turned a cpl dudes at my gym onto it and they were sore as fuck the next day. And both are very experienced lifters. On bench i do a 5 count down and a 10 count up[emoji33] its fucking brutal.

Yeah bro very brutal, i can rep 315 for a few but struggle to get 10 reps with 155 using this count and the pump is insane. My buddy cramped up so bad he was pissed at me lol!!
