Since I figured out I'm unable to do overhead presses, I went about touching my delts up a different way today. I'm satisfied with the size of my delts. So what I do is my chest routine, mostly incline. However, I did barbell flat today for the first time in over 3 months. To give y'all a reference point on how my strength has depleted, prior to my injury/surgery I could 1MR 315lbs. As of today, I struggled with 135lbs for a set of 10. I was discouraged to say the least. No biggie tho cuz the end of training I was #Lit. I'll go into that later.

By the end of chest and delt finishing sets, I had one of the best skin tearing pumps I ever had. Vascular AF HOOD ON SWOLE AND DELTS PUMPED AND ROUNDED!!!
Today I added 300mg Tren E as I will be running 600mg tren E a week alongside my Test E at 600 a week. I'm no longer running the LGD. I also acquired a tub of GOD OF WAR preworkout I acquired from my brutha

Strength is not what it was however, I'm gonna enjoy this aesthetics training. There will for sure be a plethora of finger bangers and fucksticks in the near future for THE BULL
