Total Body Recomp 12weeks

This cycle will start in Late February/March I will keep you posted

I am skipping the Test only guidlines for a first time cycle. I have made my mind to go with a 12 week Test prop Tren A cycle, my goal is to add lean mass and cut some fat %'.
Pin Schedule will be Sun/Tues/Thurs/Friday Test prop 75mg EOD=300mg week, Tren Ace 100mg EOD 400mg for first few weeks, then I will go as high as 125mg EOD=500mg wk and maybe 150mg EOD=600mg Wk depends on how I'm feeling. Diet will be Tilapia, chicken breast, bison, eggs, milk, nuts for fat source and ground turkey with lots of greens and minimal carbs trying to stay clean as possible my layout is below

@CHIEF M I would reconsider using Tren on you first cycle but If you are set on going with it start lower like 50mg eod and go up from there.

I also think you are going heavy on the adex and caber and you don't even know if you need it.
again start low and go up if needed.

You are running only short esters so you don't need the 2 week break between cycle and Pct, but because tren shuts you down so hard I would take those 2 weeks and run an HCG blast of 1000 iu's E3D

PCT looks fine, again heavy but Pct is the place for overkill in my opinion.

Diet - if you are looking to gain on tren you have to eat a lot, it will make a 3500 cal diet burn like its only 2500.
 
cool I was thinking on the caber and adex start low and taper up and i was going to incorporate hcg just forgot to add in layout eating is no problem for me i was thinking or having my intake around 4000-4500 cal I pick up size with ease

Wats your stats bud? Tryin to recomp myself. 4000 seems like a lot to recomp on
 
I am aiming for 275-300 grams of protein, carbs I will keep minimal around 300-500 grams a week, and fat intake around 75-150grams per day
 
I would keep fat over 100g a day, 150g a day would be best, carbs at 50g a day unless it is a workout day, you could do 50g pre and 50g post workout with the carbs. that is how I prefer to do my carbs.

im 5'9 210 about 17% Bf

I'm 5'9" 203 15% and my tdee is like 2800. 4000 seems more like bulking even with your low carbs. I'm not great with diet so idk exact plan for recomping. I'm shooting for just under my tdee + tren should add a lil muscle and she'd some fat in the process.

Someone also suggested 2-3 weeks in surplus then 2-3 in deficit back in forth. Lmk what you come up with
 
Yeah seems high but I want to see if I can gain mass while shedding fat and keeping strength also are you referring to carb cycling @hotdog23

No just cals. With my work schedule. I think I'll go low carb and deficit on work days and then just refeed with high carbs on days off

HONESTLY just go for gains on your first cycle. Eat clean just above maintainence. The 10lbs of new muscle will eat all kinda of cals. U may never gain like this again... Get huge. Your a big natty
 
will you be doing cardio on this recomp? I'm doing about the same thing only lower dose on the tren, and no caber, but thinking an hour on the bike or tread mill mon thru fri and moderately upping my carbs on the weekends only.
 
I will be adding in cardio for this, I will spend a lot of time on the treadmill on incline, but we will see how that goes I know tren effects cardio.

have never done it, and not so up to date on this new stuff hell I'm one of them guys, you know the ones that never did any PCT at all, but did every steroid I could cause I could uggh but since I've started lifting again, I've been doing things right, and with PCT so as not to sound like to much of a dumb ass, I just haven't done the homework on it, so I'm not using it yet. that's it in a nutshell, and thanks to you all here I'm doing the research, and trying to do things right, Being a beast means nothing to me anymore, if I can't be healthy doing it, and not hurting my body, hell I'm 53 time to start doing it right lol any advice on the caber is welcomed hope this doesn't get me a tounge lashing lol im learning!!
