I ran 500iu/week (weeks 4-12)

During cycle? Try 500iu 2x a week for atleast 6 weeks that your not on. Doctor mentioned 8-12 weeks. I personally think that's a long time but he's the specialist. Take it for what it's worth.

I can get on TRT by my internal medicine Dr but the wife and I are wanting one more kid so I am hesitant

Shouldn't keep that from happening. Got my gf 3 years ago pregnant twice but she had an IUD and miscarried.

WOW! That's some aggressive sperm you've got there! Beat out an IUD and still were brewing on TRT? Nice!

Yup. It was a freak thing though. Only time it happened in 5 years.
The new gf gets paranoid but I've dumped 3 loads in her after she came back from a week long business trip and she was ovulating...never got prego.
