I recently talk to one of my friends. yes i have friends.
but he is having a hard time losing his lower abs and love handle. I recommend drugs to help him but he wont take any drugs ( clen or ECA stack). i ask him about his carido. and like always diet.
he said he is on diet of less than 50 grams of fat a day. about 2000 calories. he said he drop below that and we was so weak he couldn't exercise.
this is an over view of his cardio
runs 3 to 4 miles every other day. he runs a 19 minute 3 mile
does some abs afterwards
does the stair step or eliipicatil of the evening.
does basic lifts 3 days a week.
he said he was trying to do weight situps and weight abs and weight on roman chair. and weight doing side bents for the last 3 to 4 months and still nothing except his abs and ob. are getting stronger just still has the fat. He is thinking about getting Liposuction. I was wondering anyone opinion on what he could do to help him or do you think he should get the liposuction?
i like to help my friend and maybe spark new ideas. thanks for all the feedback.
