Off day today.
Powered through some (8) donuts. Didn't sleep last night or the night before.
Going to dispell these yeast rings and hopefully pass out into an insulin induced comatose.
Also went grocery shopping last night.
60 eggs, 40 egg whites, 10lbs chicken breast, 10lbs chicken thighs, spinach, onions and peppers, cheese, swai, pollock, and a few gallons of water...
Plus things for my wife and pups.
Starting Sunday I'm upping my water consumption to 2 gallons, Thursday 1 gallon, Friday half gallon, and Saturday will just drink whatever. Going to do this for a few weeks to get out some water weight.
Probably going to do something similar to what I did in the army for food.
There was a place called the ranger dining facility (RDF) or the airborne dining facility (just DFAC) that I would eat.
When I went to the DFAC it was:
8am - egg white omelet with onions, peppers, and cheese. Handful of assorted nuts.
1130am - 2 scoops tuna (probably 2 cans - 40g protein) mixed in mayo. Spinach, cucumbers, vinegar, and oil.
5:00pm - chicken thigh with spinach salad.
They didn't let you eat much food, but you could eat all the baked goods you wanted. I ate so much cheesecake and yellow cake.....
When I did this I was extremely lean though. Near 7% at 199lbs.
Going to try something similar, except soon I'll be running test and mast. Will update with my full nutrition in a bit.
