    Well.....
Last night my significant other dropped her travel sized contact lense solution in the toilet while she was showering...
So in order to use a bathroom I've got to go downstairs everytime... calves and quads are screaming in agony. Haven't been this sore in a LONG time.

    Did shoulders today.

Some dick head was jacking the power platform for 65lb CURLS. Literally used them for the whole time I was at the gym... so I used the bench's barbell for my first exercise and didn't go above 135 since there was no platform to drop it at :(

Hang clean and press 10x3 @135
    Lateral raise 6x5 @45lb dumbbells
Alternating front Raise 5x6 @45lb dumbbells
    DB Shrugs 3x10 @120lb dumbbells
DB Victory Press 2x15 @35lb dumbbells
Single arm upright row 1x ascending reps alternating each arm, 2,4,6,8,10. @40lbs

Jump rope 20 sec on 10 sec off for 4 minutes.
Elliptical 10 minutes.... legs were burnt out from yesterday still.

I hate it when people do dumb shit on the platform. I see it all the time at my gym. Step aerobics, hip thrusts (not that those are dumb, but they could literally do them anywhere), etc.

    Off day today.
Powered through some (8) donuts. Didn't sleep last night or the night before.
Going to dispell these yeast rings and hopefully pass out into an insulin induced comatose.

Also went grocery shopping last night.
60 eggs, 40 egg whites, 10lbs chicken breast, 10lbs chicken thighs, spinach, onions and peppers, cheese, swai, pollock, and a few gallons of water...
Plus things for my wife and pups.

Starting Sunday I'm upping my water consumption to 2 gallons, Thursday 1 gallon, Friday half gallon, and Saturday will just drink whatever. Going to do this for a few weeks to get out some water weight.

Probably going to do something similar to what I did in the army for food.
There was a place called the ranger dining facility (RDF) or the airborne dining facility (just DFAC) that I would eat.
When I went to the DFAC it was:
8am - egg white omelet with onions, peppers, and cheese. Handful of assorted nuts.
1130am - 2 scoops tuna (probably 2 cans - 40g protein) mixed in mayo. Spinach, cucumbers, vinegar, and oil.
5:00pm - chicken thigh with spinach salad.

They didn't let you eat much food, but you could eat all the baked goods you wanted. I ate so much cheesecake and yellow cake.....
When I did this I was extremely lean though. Near 7% at 199lbs.
Going to try something similar, except soon I'll be running test and mast. Will update with my full nutrition in a bit.
Right now I gotta feed these muts

Tough!? He's a big teddy bear! 67lbs last time I weighed him about 2 weeks ago.

Upping their feed frequency Monday and getting them weight pulling twice a week.

Now my girl dog...... she's a force to wrecken with.

Nah don't let her fool ya.
They are both big teddy bears...
The only difference is my girl dog Addi is very territorial. Especially over my wife...
Only reason she was snarling in that pic is because I was messing with her paws :p
    She is about 51lbs.

I agree, both those dogs look like absolute cuddle machines, cute as hell. Thabk you for leaving their floppy ears on, imo they look better like that, and id feel bad about chopping my little buddies ears off haha

Very glad I ended up going to the gym today. Felt awesome.
Did back. Started with 2 sets of 20 pullups to warm up and wake up.
Went into rack pulls, 10x3.... first set was 405 but the bar kept feeling weird, so I knocked it down to 315 and did 10 sets.
I thought the bar was bent, turns out my dumbass put one of the arms on the power rack one notch higher than the other. Pissed that I didn't get my full potential on this.

    Single arm row 6x5 @120
    Pulldown 5x6 @200
    Dead rows 3x10 @225
KB Swing @60lbs 20 sec on 10 sec off for 4 minutes
Box shuttles 20 sec on 10 sec off for 4 minutes.
Power cleans. 1 @ 135, a few sets at 225, then knocked it down to 185 and worked on form. Did maybe 5 or 6 sets.
Then walked on the stair mill. I doubt the accuracy of these things, but it says I burned 500 cals. Let's hope so....
