Training Camp Tips!!!!!

Hey guys what's up! I'm getting ready for another season of college football and this year they cancelled two a days.....YESSSS, so instead of 3 weeks of camp we have 4.....FUCK. Any tips on staying recovered during the days? Supplements and Stimulants and things to take for a push to get through these practices .Its camp so the food stinks but I can make it work. If You've played football you know camp sucks. Also I know this isn't the gear section but if your familiar with TRT and NCAA Drug test I got prescribed 250 mg of test a shot my urologist makes me take the first day of the month of test cyp. Literally the smallest vial ever. I was wondering if this will be detected on a drug test. Not really concerned over this question as I am about the staying prepared for camp. Please help.

Age: 24(5th year senior, PG after high school)
Height: 6'3 315.24 percent body fat (Offensive Guard)
Bench 365x5
Squat 455x3
Rackpull 785x3
Test pre TRT:323
 
I highly doubt a shot per.month of 250mg will throw any flags. As long as the testing isn't within 2 wks of the shot. It's test, so unless levels.are elevated too high it's not like popping positive for nandrolone or stanazolol

That's true, but you understand how crazy WADA is as well.
