i mean c'mon this is bullshit, i have to lower either intensity or sets, i been kinda shrinking doing 5x5 routine. however im hitting new p,r's.
i like to train like an animal and lift heavy but i overtrain. this is bullshit. does that mean im just unlucky and have to cycle just to train nice and hard and not get all withered away? maybe overdose on creatine? either way im pissed that im going backwards when diet is on point and dedication is right on in the gym..ok so that means i should do 5x2 or 2x5 i mean jesus can i get a break for once
