training intensity OFF cycle

i mean c'mon this is bullshit, i have to lower either intensity or sets, i been kinda shrinking doing 5x5 routine. however im hitting new p,r's. :confused: i like to train like an animal and lift heavy but i overtrain. this is bullshit. does that mean im just unlucky and have to cycle just to train nice and hard and not get all withered away? maybe overdose on creatine? either way im pissed that im going backwards when diet is on point and dedication is right on in the gym..ok so that means i should do 5x2 or 2x5 i mean jesus can i get a break for once
 
I have never lowered my workout sets I just notice a decline in the amount of wieght I am able to lift. Say on a cycle I was benching 320 for 10reps, off cycle i can only get 8reps. Or I go down to 305 for 10reps. I always loose the "edge" but continue as normal
 
i didnt do ptc as i had a fam emergency and quit cycle and gym cold turjkey for a few weeks , i came off 3 months of primo,masteron and winny. now im getting back into it....im getting am boners and having good libido, do you think im shut down? i have hcg on hand
 
I usuallt train very heavy while on cycle 4-8 reps - and then when off switch to moderate weight with more reps 10-15

this works well for me and allows me to be ready for the next time I switch.
