Training log Week 1

How many times a week do you work each body part? And what type of training do you use to add mass?
 
I wouldn't really say any sort of training in particular adds on "mass" you just have to eat, train, rest, repeat. That's manly all in diet...

Warm up: bent one rear felt fly 3 sets of 20
Reps

Underhand Grip Pull Down: 3 warm up sets
4 working sets of 12 reps

Machine Row Selectorize Magnum: I gripped the upper handles and somewhat wide to target my upper area of my back.
5 working sets of 8 reps

Barbell Row:
Set 1: 135lbs 12 reps
Set 2: 225lbs 12 reps
Set 3: 315lbs 10 reps 3 sets

Single arm cable row:
4 working sets of 12 reps

Standing Rope Cable Pullover:
80lbs 3 sets of 15 reps

Calves also don't think you guys care for that
 
315lb Barbell rows for 10 reps, thats impressive. How do you do a standing rope cable pullover? I cant picture it.
