Tren lump question into possible new tren cut

About two years ago, I was dumb and experimented with tren on my second cycle. Tren and test only. I was doing a low-ish dose of tren - I think 200mg/300mg a week and probably about 300mg/week test. I didn’t properly research (prolactin induced gyno) and ended up developing lumps under both of my nipples. I stopped and thought they would go away on their own. They did not. At least my right did not. About a year after I did a test/Eq cycle. The lump on my right nipple never got bigger and didn’t go away either. When I was done with the cycle and on pct, the lump seemed to have decreased significantly. After about 7 months of not doing anything, the lump came back and actually seems bigger. Now both of my nipples are sensitive if I touch them or press against them (lay on the ground or something similar).

I realize it’s been some time so there’s not much to do to resolve the lump. I was looking at cutting cycles and many people have suggested test/tren/primo or mast.

I’m not sure if I was sensitive to tren or if I didn’t have the proper gear for effects. Likely both.

My question is should I even be able to consider tren for a cycle or is there a better option given the circumstances?

Age: 31
Height: 5’5
Weight: 165lbs
Background: Athlete for most of my life. Exercise 6 days a week. 3 days strength training. 3 days running (usually 15-18 miles a week).
Goals: Cut about 10 lbs or so because running at 165lbs has been a bit more harsh versus when I was running at 150lbs-155lbs. Plus, summer.

I know people will say nutrition. I can obviously clean up my eating but I do tend to stay in a caloric deficit given my running mileage for the week. I haven’t been tracking as well as I should but I normally fast 14-18 hours.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

If running is one of your primary goals, then it's hard to reccomend tren. Tren is notorious at killing cardio, and raising your resting heart rate. You'd probably be better off with test/EQ/mast, or test/eq/primo if you're looking for better endurance, as EQ has been known to help with this.

As for the gyno. You can probably reduce it with a Nolvadex +letrozole blast, but you won't be able to get rid of it without surgery if it's been there a while and already turned into a gland. Getting bloodwork is also a good idea to see if your prolactin and estrogen levels are in check. You said you're currently having issues with the gyno. I think getting nolva + an AI would be a good first step

At this point the only good advice due to the prevalence and reoccurrence is to send you to a medical professional and solicit their opinion and perhaps do biopsy if they deem it wise. Anything else isn’t going to reduce tissue that has been there that long or prevent reoccurrence.

Testosterone w/ either primo enanthate or masteron enanthate will likely yield similar, and healthier, results. Plus, there is essentially zero risk of making your gyno worse, unless the test is the culprit. I would buy some raloxifene to have on hand prior to starting your cycle, and pop the ralox if you notice any tissue growth. With that, there is also a chance the ralox will reduce the fibrous gyno you already have (mixed reviews for this).

Yeah I’ve been seeking advice from my medical doctor. I’ve done bloods and everything has been normal since observing the lump.

Running is for sure a large part of my routine and goals. I did eq last time and it was cool while I trained for a marathon but the length of cycle with eq is kinda long. Any thoughts on primo vs mast?

In terms of the gyno, I’ve been getting my blood checked since after the lump, and it’s all been normal. The medical doctor hasn’t given many options to counter the sensitivity other than tamoxifen.

I was thinking of doing a trt dosage for the test. At most 300mg/week. Any thoughts for a good ratio of mast/primo?

The test could have been the culprit, but unless I’m very sensitive to it, I doubt it. I was only using 200mg-250mg for my last cycle and has an ai on hand.

I’ll look into the ralox. I’ve never heard of it.

I found a 2:1 ratio of test: primo to work best for me. I believe masteron would be similar, in this case.

Bro, listen. And don’t take this the wrong way, but why the Grandma Tittyfucking fuck are you not getting your titty lump biopsied and tested out?

My brother in Christ, I don’t give two granny flapping fucks if your bloods look okay… if you got a titty lump, you NEED to get that taken out and biopsied. Any doctor who isn’t a foaming at the mouth fuckjob would be seriously concerned about that.

Did you know men can get titty cancer? Go get your bitch tit lump biopsied and come back here before you inject anything else. I swear to Gladys, Beatrice and Constance, this thread scares me.
