Thanx :-) . It is hard but my diet dosnt change much thankfuly . My bicep has gotten flared up a litttle but its been pretty good lately. Dont ever have pain when lifting which is the best part.
 
Food for the day was: morning shake

Chips.and salsa

Y 2 cups yogurt

Chicken pasta salad and 4 peanut butter and banana sandwiches

Prime rib broccoli and salad

2 cups cottage cheese
 
So its monday:-( . Hate mondys .....tell im lifting that is. I was still 206-207 this morning . i also have upped dose to 70 tren. Still 50 test. ill see how this goes. Have been sweating more than usual and at night its getting worse. No more real aggression. Ive been told i can be snappy at times but thats all. My appetite is a little harder to deal with. Sometimes i just hold my breath and fuckin chew. But all and all seem to be good!!!
 
If it makes you feel any better. It doesnt always get easier. There are days when I feel like a mindless cow grazing on chicken, beef or pork. Yes it gets old, some times.

I will swig water with my bites if its giving me an issue. Just gotta get it down :)

Today was leg day. Went really good and my strength is defiantly up.

Squats 5 sets of 225

Deads 325 got 5reps

Leg press 12 plates (540) for 6 sets

Curls 135 6 sets

Calf press 360 of 8 sets

All but deads were 10-12.My strenght really has had a pretty big difference though. Im up to 80mg ed of tren and test is the same 50mg ed. I feel great. Been putting more carbs to the diet now as well.
Today was a morning shake

Pork chop cup rice and 5 egg whites

Post workout shake

Pork chop 2 eggs and little rice

2 cups cottage cheese
Thats pretty much does it. Its been great so far. Love tren!!!
 
Almost done with work. Havnt killedme boss yet. Upping the dose to 80 ed on tren is nery noticable. I get irritable at stupid shit. Mind has been just kinda scattered and crazy. Still sane though. See how the rest of this week goes

The diet is pretty good. Doing my best on it. Worst part choking the shit down. Im.pretty suficant at it. Was very irritable at work. Wanted to rip my boss's face off. Same with my ex`s new bf. Just saw him for the first time . I mean damn. Hes way more fryed than i am. No teeth at all on top maybe 4 on bottom mmaybe a 120 lbs. we broke up becuase i told the truth about using. She use to cook dope with em in high school. Damn talk about yiur triggers. Oh well i thats her choice. So back to sides. Alot more sweats. Very irritable but managable. Other than that im good to go!
 
I was absolutely drenched today. I do nothing but sweat!!! My BP been good lately . This has been a great cycle so far. Good weight and strength up . Strenght gains have been unreal the past 2 days. Sides of also come the good stuff. I didnt go to the gym today. Just gonna cook and eat!!
