Curls 130
Seated calf raise 210
Calf press 270
These were all 6 sets and calfs were 8.

Most take aas and have not gained anything

Yesterday was upper. I just mixes it up some like always.
Benchs were full so just did db press
45 55 65 75 for 5
Uppward cable cross 20 for 7
Cable rows 80 140 165 for 6
Face pulls 75 for 5
Superset
Cable curl 45 by 4
Pushdown 50 4

Hamer curls 25 by 4
Overhead extension 50 by 4

I skiped shoulders yesterday. There feeling great today though.
Meals were morning shake

2 cups cottge cheese

Southwest chicken salad fron McAliste .
2 cups cottage cheese

2 cups yogurt and apple

Prime rib slice nd 5 eggs half cup rice

Salad

Thats was the day. I really want to go tommorow and do a fill in day just shit i want to improve and target better. M. Upper chest reslly lacks and my rear delts. More lower back action to. Of course the abs always could use work

Thanx:-) ive really been workibg my ass off to make thr most of this cycle. Ive dropped a bunch of water to when i started running my dex. It was 2lbs of water really nit alot. So i am 205 this morning i was alot more puffy before.
 
I eat a shit ton of carbs my self. I have over about 400g of carbs a day and 320g protein. Mostly brown rice with meals and brown rice powder in my shakes. Fruit and veggies with every meal to. Also I have about 300g of peanut butter a day as well. Sometimes its hard hard to get down but Im blowin up like crazy. Week 3 of my first cycle starts tomorrow. I just asked cause I noticed u mentioned losing some weight a couple times in ur log. Just make sure ur calorie intake is high even if its too high at least u will be consistently gaining weight. Any extra fat u gain can be burned off easily when ur done. I dont really do cardio either. Makes me paranoid about burning too many cals lol.

But hey man very consistent log so keep up the good work man! :)

Deads 135 225 315 365 just went for 1 on 365. Pulled it! But back went out on form so im gonna drop back. My best was 325 for 4 so thought id try 1.
Stiff leg deads. 225 for 5 sets
Curls 135 for 5
Calf raise 210 for 5
Calf press 270 for 5
It was a good workout though. Had a good pump. Diet is still in the works today but had my morning shake

2 cups cottage cheee.

2 cups greek yogurt

Still got 3 more meals before bed.....better start cookin.

Also be careful on the stiff leg deads. If they feel fine to you then so be it but I wouldnt advise using much more weight. Its one of those things. The back doesnt return from injury as well as other body parts ;)

Ya your Right for sure on that. I make form number one if i cant pull it with good form i drop. After this bicep tendon shit im much more careful. Oh and thanx!!! I was really happy considering i did 335 4 times i was pretty sure i had it. Just gotta watch that back

Evwrything was sets of 3 by 10-12 45 sec to min rest. Fast as possible really.

Morning shake as usual

2 cups yogurt

Pork chop with 5 egg whites

Same as above with an apple to

2 more cups yogurt

Postbworkout shake

2 cups cottage cheese

Well thats the day.:-) workout took hour and 15 min
 
amazing how the body changes from day 1 to now. good log. im subbed. and my last cycle was tren and test and I was SUPER pleased with my results as im sure you will be to. 2 weeks I start test/tren/mast and for sure gonna do log again, and with diet like you. keep it up!
