tren test cycle ! lets give this shit a whirle

amazing how the body changes from day 1 to now. good log. im subbed. and my last cycle was tren and test and I was SUPER pleased with my results as im sure you will be to. 2 weeks I start test/tren/mast and for sure gonna do log again, and with diet like you. keep it up!

Today was leg day. Got a buddy to come to the gym with me . It was a little shorter than i wanted but i couldnt smash his ass into the ground to bad.
I also did a tne of tren and test before
All new PRs
All sets of 10-12 but decided to go heavy on last
Squats 90 135 185 225 245 265 last one was for 3
Press repped 630 for 2 sets 710 for 3 sets and 810 for 1 set
Leg curls 150 all 5 or 6 cant remember
Calf raises smith machine was 5 sets of 265
Calf press on sled 360 for 4 morr sets
Then some ab work.
:-) so all in all pretty fuckin awesome!
Need to get some straps or something. My knees were starting to feel it bout halfway through. Its time for more volume and more food. Going to a five day split now. This whole upper lower thing just isnt enoigh.
 
This morning i did a back workout. It went reslly good. I skipped deads today but everything is 4 ets of 10-12.
Bent over rows 90 135 185 225 for 4 setj
One arm row 80
Latt pull145
T bar 150
Shrugs 7-8 sets of 185
It was good for sure:-)
 
Im still 207-208 as of this morning. This means more food more volume!!
Yesterdays diet wss kinda off. Did lots of running around and hate fastbfood.
Morning shake ( normal ppst workout shake still had to go shoppin)
Chicken and 5 eggs
After shoppinh my normal morning shake only 3 cups oatmeal instead of one.
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups yogurt.

Kinda off but still pretty good.today will be chest day. Main focus is upper chest all different angels on bench ande excersices . Gotta mix it up. My rear delts are reslly lacking as well. Back just in general needs some work. But i dont know if ill ever be happy. Work work work!! Progress not perfection, even though i want perfection!
Dosage is test iso 30 mg and tren 80-90mg ed. Pinning sure dont bother me.
Cant wait to lift. Its all i lool forward to all day!

Post workout shake 2 scoops
2 chicken thighs

^^^^^Oh by heavy on diet i mean carbs are being upped big time. Breakfast shake is 3 cups oatmeal and rice in all and greek and vanilla yogurt mixed. Vanillao is way higer tham plain
 
So something really fucked up happened this morning. Got my shot ready and using 25g 1.5 i put it in my quad and pushed so hard that all the oil pushed out aroind the plunger! It was coming out the back. I got some in but no idea how much so did another.
 
Not saying its incorrect to use that long ass needle on your legs but I only use 1" on mine. I also walk around with tree trunks. I think 1.5 may be too long. Perhaps you were right up against the muscle wall or some thing preventing the needle from pushing out the oil. Only a guess.
 
Thats a good possibility. ....i usually leave like an 1/8 inch out when im pushing hold with one hand steady and push with the other

I know it's probably not what you want to hear but I'm personally a fan of training whole body workouts or training the big compound lifts and adding in accessory, auxiliary, and isolation movements as necessary at the end of a workout. Something like a push/pull, upper/lower, squat day bench day dead day and press day, etc. Either way good luck with your goals
