Unfortunately pct means your going to lose gains any way. If your body and mind need a break take it man. Sooner the better

Deads reps of 3 355-405
Bb curl 45-65
Close grip 145-185
Squats 165- 205
Leg press 5 plates- 7 plates
Curls 90-130
Extensions 70- 110e
Calves 280-360
Those are the best numbers i could find from before to now

Thanx !:-) had some good gear to!:-) and too and worked hard it payed off. Ive been hitting my upper chest hard. It was lacking real bad. ill be doing a bulk next cycle as well the tren cycle was for strength and clean size. Mission accomplished.
 
Next cycle will be
1-2 test iso 150mg ed
1-12 test cyp 600mg split twice a wk.
1-10 npp 75 mg ed 300wk
12-13 iso 500 wk
Pct wk 14-18
 
K so i took a week of to get a little rest . Back at it today hit chest and felt good too!!

Why take a week off? Besides rest, we all need rest.
I did cause my body was just shot. My tendsonitis was flaring up got a spasm in my neck . I was just lathargic and dragging ass at work even with 4 cups of coffe. 5 days off was a good probably could have just done 3 but i just eat like hell and im doing good now and flare ups are gone

It sure did im 210 this morning so water weight is gone . Just gotta keep thr food up. Im actually going to increase a little more if i can do it without throwing it all up. Thanx alot its been a great cycle and i love doing the logs for some reason. I get alot out of em.
