tren test cycle ! lets give this shit a whirle

I did cause my body was just shot. My tendsonitis was flaring up got a spasm in my neck . I was just lathargic and dragging ass at work even with 4 cups of coffe. 5 days off was a good probably could have just done 3 but i just eat like hell and im doing good now and flare ups are gone

Ya it was around wk 3 or 4. My shoulders really started to pop alot. My arms and upper chest developed more. My latts and traps started to pop more too. Abs were cut tell about week 6 i lost em eating so much. Maybe to much sodium to. I was holding sone water as well. The water is gone now though. Abs are back again lost 5 lbs in water. Hoping to keep there and keep gaining

So im im.209 today and ive leaned out alot with my water and bloat gone. Im increasing food to hold what i got and moving up in weight and training harder. Im not lossing this shit!!

So iv been off for a week now and im still getting stronger in some areas. Lost 5 lbs in water but gained back 2 lbs as well. All clean and lots of food. Im going to grow through my pct. Thats i long shot but im damn sure going to try!!!
 
So my tren i believe is cleared but the tet has still got to be there ......i still have zits like all hell on my shoulders and center chest. Im glad im wating anothrr week on pct

Thanx man !! Its a amazing compound for sure. Just have to play with it to find what works for you. I love these logs and learn so much from them. Ill be doin another log in september. When u start one ill watch out for it!

Thats was a good workout to . Ive lost a little strenght but not what i thought after coming off tren. I thought id loose half of it. Ive lost 5 lbs at most some lifts none. Pct is starting tommorrow as i said before and should start picking back up. Test is pretty out i believ zits are gone getting alot morr sore now after workouts. I believe its pct time for sure.
