My tris have gone up in all weights !! Im pretty blown away by that. My bis are a little stronger to. Been working the hell out of my outer head trying to get it to pop more. Still not there yet but for sure an improvement. Diet is supper clean right now. Mainly chicjen, rice , brocolli, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, milk , and shakes. Little sodium as possible and reslly watching that more.
 
Yesterday was my leg day......damn it was a real leg day. it was intense and pinfull. Changed it up some too

You like dumbbell work?

I find it awkward. Plus it's an Injury waiting to happen when you use the heavier dumbbells. At least with a barbell I can handle the weight and rack it easy enough

Yes i love dumbells they give me great balance and when i hit the bench next week ill probably be adding 10 to the bar.they have worked really well for me

Congrats on the gainz, I hope you keep the strength and size as much as possible. I just read your whole log, I'm about to do the same compounds; just at a different dose, but this helps me look for certain things.
Looking foward to the next log, I'll be starting mine here soon, you should check it out, I'm always looking for experienced advice.

Thanx alot bro its been pretty tough on pct and keep all my cals and volume up. Ive worked my ass off to to just hold 208!. It was a great run and ill do it again just not soon. Ill be keeping an eye out for that log and im always here if you need something . Ill awnser to the best of my ability or point you in the right direction with soneone that can.
