Tren/Test/Var Cycle - Thoughts?

I've been doing OMAD/IF Keto (low-carb), cardio, weights for the past year or so and currently down to the following. I've lifted all my life, fell off when I was married, but now back in to it.

SW: 267 lbs, BF: 34%
CW: 210 lbs, BF: 21%
H: 6'1" , Age: 39

This would be my 3rd cycle, previous cycles:

1. Primo/Winny - This was a while ago, can't remember what I did.
2. Test E/Tren A/T3/Clomid - Overall good l results! I wasn't a crazy fan of T3 or Clen; so don't think I will be using these again. The Tren A (225mg-300mg week depending on EOD layout for 8 weeks) wasn't bad, wasn't a fan of the EOD pinning and had some minor sides but could handle them. The Test E I ran at 500mg for 12 weeks. Ran Aromasin throughout cycle too + PCT at the end.

Before I start this cycle, I want to first try to get down to around 190 lbs with bf of around 15%; so, I'll just be continuing my OMAD/IF Keto, cardio, weights in the meantime but wanted to get some feedback on this cutting cycle; not looking for massive gains but just leaned out look.

Week 1-12 Test E - 125 mg 1x week (Mon)
Week 1-12 Tren E - 200 mg 2x week (Mon, Thurs) (400mg week)
Week 3-12 Anavar 50 mg per day (350mg week)
Week 1-12 Cabergoline 0.25 mg E3D
Week 1-12 Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD or Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
Week 1-12 N2 Guard 7 caps per day
Week 1-17 Cardarine 20 mg per day
Week 13-14 OFF
Week 15-17 PCT (Clomid / Nolva)

I've been reading a bunch of posts, and this time I want to try having Tren higher than Test, and see how my body handles it. I was in between the following.

1. Originally had Test at 250 mg a week but dropped it down to 125 mg based on what I read online, should 125 mg be good with Tren at 400 mg a week?

2. Also, was going back and forth on either running this 10 or 12 weeks; does the 2 extra weeks make much of a difference?

Everyone is different, so far OMAD (keto/low carb) has worked for me; I'm down 57 lbs so I'm going to stick with this until I reach the bf I want to reach before running any AAS.
 
Congratulations on the weightloss. Whatever diet gets you to your goal and you can stick to is the right one. N2guard is garbage and you wont need caber. 12wks of tren is pretty long other than that it seems decent.
 
Thanks for the helpful reply! So even with Tren E it's still long? Based on what I've read online Ace is usually run shorter and E longer, but I guess I can see how I feel once I reach week 10.

I copied the AI from my previous cycle where I was running Test at 500mg/week; so I'm thinking I can either do without or run a lower AI when running Test at 125mg/week, right?
 
If you pin 125 test e once a week you're gonna have a bad time. 2x a week at least for stable blood levels. And you don't need to be taking caber or an ai from the start. The hormones won't have even started working yet so nothing will be accomplished by taking them from the start.

There's a good chance you won't even need an ai on 125 test per week, take it judging by sides or blood work, whatever you're more comfortable with but there is no need to put more pharmaceuticals into your body if you don't need them.

N2guard is a scam like everything else dylan gemelli tries to sell, so I'm sorry to hear you already picked it up.

Test/tren/anavar is a fuckin awesome stack, exactly what I'm running right now, enjoy.
 
I thought it was 2x a week. Yeah 250mg a week minimum. I think with tren the sides start getting to you around 6-8wks so a lot of people cycle it that long.
 
Keto is not unhealthy at all. I dont do it though. I do think one meal a day is rough though.
There’s a reason why you need all your macros.. you also missing micronutrients.. you eliminate one macro it’s gonna feed of the rest.. than when you add it back guess what .. you gonna get all that unwanted weight

If you actually understood how keto works you'd know that you don't need the carbs lol. And no. You don't gain all the weight back unless you go back to your previous fat cunt way of eating. Myself and many others have used keto to great success

I usually do pin Test 2x week but thought since I was running Test lower this time around could get away with once a week. I guess even at 250mg, probably won't need an AI but I'll keep it on hand; just in case.

Yeah, just planning on doing OMAD (low-carb) to get to my target bf. After that will readjust when going on cycle to make sure I get all the macros I need.

I like OMAD, as long as I eat low-carb I have no cravings and it's one of the few things that easy for me to follow and have gotten great results from it, from the mirror to the scale...so I'll stick to it for now.

800 test/800 tren/500 mast /350 anavar, gonna bump up the var soon I think.

Workouts are intense as fuck, pumps are retarded and strength is shooting through the roof. I've basically worn my dick down to a bloody stump. No real sides other than I only sleep a few hours but I wake up feeling fuckin great all day long. I have maybe 3 pimples on my forehead but I need to wash my gym hat and that should take care of them.

So many things wrong with this cycle. First off why are you taking an ai eod with a 125mg/week test dose? I would keep the caber on hand but not use it unless bloods or other prolactin sides arise. (You can also take vitamin b6 to lower prolactin). Anavar for 9 weeks is too long, do like the last 4-6 weeks tops at the end of the cycle. I’ve ran tren e at 12 weeks once and I’ll be stopping the rest of my tren cycles at week 10 due to mental sides getting to me. The pct protocol is to wait until 4 half lives of the compound have went by to ensure the compounds have cleared your system before starting pct. that’d have you starting pct 20ish days after the last pin and I’d run the nolva/clomid for a month.
 
2 tren cycles back to back you dont know what your doing and are getting very bad advise. You shouldn't run tren every cycle that's a fact.

Week 1-10 Test E - 125 mg 2x week (250mg week)
Week 1-8 Tren E - 200 mg 2x week (400mg week) - [Go to 10 weeks if I feel good]
Week 5-10 Anavar 50 mg per day (350mg week)
Week 1-10 Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD or Arimidex 0.5mg EOD - [On hand, only use if needed.]
Week 1-10 Instead of Caber going to use Vitamin B6, E - [Help with Prolactin if I even need it.]
Week 1-10 Nizoral 2% Shampoo or Propecia/Rogain - [Use if needed.]
Week 11-13 OFF
Week 14-17 PCT (Clomid / Nolva)

1. After looking into Caber more, just didn't like what I read about it but as long as I keep Estrogen in check I think I should be fine with just using vitamin B6/E. However, what type of dosages should I be taking with vitamin B6/E? Just run this 10 weeks through cycle?

2. I know Aromasin is a “suicide” inhibitor and I did take it in my previous cycle but was thinking of using Arimidex this time around but see it can have a "estrogen rebound" after cycle. I probably won't even need any AI on 250mg/week of Test but just wondering what you guys prefer?

3. Hair loss doesn't run in my family and it can just be my paranoia thinking my hair has been thinning recently, but I was thinking of using either Propecia, Rogain, or Nizoral 2% Shampoo to help with DHT levels. Has anyone ever used any of these on cycle? At what dosages did you take it at?

I'd be careful if using finasteride. It's got its own bag of problems. You might look into that more. And rogaine, from what I hear can be a slippery slope.

Seeing as how you’re set on the tren I’ll help out... b6 dosage can vary from 2-400 mg and on less is more approach I was fine with 200mg. If you’re that worried about your hairline don’t run aas because if your already prone to MPB. That shit will be gone fairly quickly :D
