TrenboloneTax: Hybrid Cycling / Lifting Log aka Make Hulk Bike Fast

After reading your log I can't wait to bump up my SLUPP dose.
I'm doing a marathon prep right now (+ lifting 4 times a week) and even 4mg seem to have a big impact on my body & my performance. I wonder what 10mg or more will do.
Yeah, it is exciting stuff for sure!

Excited about those 20mg tabs from SSA. I am getting tired of taking so many ML of humco suspension.

How are you dosing yours in terms of frequency and timing?

276 this AM. The asshole eating, or rather, the eating like an asshole is almost finished. All you can eat sushi today. I will put down over 100 pcs or puke trying. I promise.

Gonna pregame with some lantus and then shoot some log before and during.

Bike ride this morning was shitty and I wasn’t feeling like a long session. Saw a kitten when I was on PR pace an a specific segment…got off bike to try and grab it. Was waaaaaay too young to be outside in coyote harms way at 4:30am. It ran off I couldn’t get it. Damn. Wife would’ve been overjoyed with another kitty.

2mg in the morning and 2mg in the afternoon.
I'll do my runs in the morning and hit the gym in the evening.

Otherwise I'm running a combo of Test/Mast/EQ and HGH. Before my runs I use injectable L-Carnitine and for one week now I'm using "Super Shred" - a mixture of carnitine, ATP, albuterol, MIC and vitamins.

How are you dosing test/mast/EQ and GH? curious what type of impact you've noticed on your endurance. For me, higher AAS load = worse endurance.
 
What I don’t understand is that your body has to do something with the extra calories. Sure a little over your maintenance calories will be stored and burned as glycogen. What about the rest?
Do they get burned by an increase in tdee? Should you then feel a little warmer like on dnp

Yeah it's a good question. I'm shitting my brains out mostly every morning when I wake up after I drink preworkout; not sure what that's about, maybe the SLUPP?

I am definitely running hotter. Nothing like DNP, but definitely running slightly hotter all the time.

My workouts are more intense because I have more endurance to just keep going and going and going. So assuming same time frame, I burn more cals most of the time.

Perhaps the nutrient partitioning element plays a role in addition to the exercise mimetic impact.
 
I put down 80 tuna nigiri, 24 beef gyoza, a couple pieces of random rolls, and 3 cups of chicken fried rice. Then I went and got a pint of praline pecan ice cream.

Needless to say, I have slept like absolute shit lol but totally worth it.

30iu of lantus + 50iu of Humalog was used.

Will be shooting some more lantus this morning since I’m still digesting all this stuff lol.

Post sushi + ice cream picture. Wasn’t planning on lifting today but it might be a cardinal sin not to with all this stuff on board…

40iu lantus this AM. Will fast until I get low blood sugar today / if I do.

100mg SLU-PP-332 daily
500mg 5Amino daily
Everything else the same

Did you ever wonder who decided it should be run in mcg for humans? I am curious who actually did or it’s just those damn scamfluencers again.

That’s interesting. I read your post and went straight to my favorites scamfluencer Vigorous Steve. Even his video lists doses of 200-800 mg for a 100 kg person.

He then basically just acknowledges that it’s really expensive and no one makes milligram versions of it and if you wanted the full dose you’d have to source it yourself from China.

So it seem arbitrary.
 
Came down with something starting yesterday morning. Bit of a sore throat / runny nose. Progressed into a much worse sore throat and feeling run down + more sinus issues.

This typically happens when I go HAM on highly processed foods + sugar + lack of sleep + increasing training load to compensate for calorie increase.

Good reminder; glad it happened. Will be fasting most of today. Probably break the fast later in the afternoon; zero carbs, zero sugar.

In an effort to boost immune system, 10mg TB500 + 5mg TA1 bolus dose yesterday.

Will continue TA1 at 1 to 2mg daily for the next several days.

No training today. No cycling today. Will walk dog for ~45 minutes.

Cautiously optimistic that I will be able to cycle tomorrow morning for a short relaxed ride. We will see.
