try cutting the dose to 12.5 mg ephedrine instead of 25 (200 mg caffeine, 325 mg aspirin). You taking it 30 min before workout? The shit works for sure. I know old school was the stack 3X a day. I would do it based on how you feel and maybe cycle it like clen where you aren't on it for more than 3 weeks at a time.
I tried the old school ECA stack back in the day and I thought I was going to die. It was 2 hours of hell haha.
