First post here. I'm 34, 6'4", 241lbs. I've been on 200mg of test cyponate split into two doses a week. 1mg of anastrozole, 50mg of enclomiphine split into twice weekly.

My starting blood work had me at 470 total test, 7.6 free test. I wasn't pre diabetic either (now I am).

I feel like I did in my early 20's but probably better, no more mid day naps, no longer randomly angry, feel damn good. Workouts have slowed a bit cause of a new baby. But 3 days a week 45-60min weight training and in between when I can random small lifts and stationary biking.

I donate blood every two months.

This bloodwork is one week since my last dose.

Questions:

1: anastrozole. Do I need it? My estradiol level is higher then before, I stopped taking the prescribed dose about two months ago because of the shot google says about it and heart related issues. Doc says it's ok on a small dose of 1mg/week. Thoughts?

2: enclomiphine. I was prescribed this because I was still trying to have kids when I got on TRT. I've just had my second and my wife and I are done having kids. Do I still need this? My wife and I don't care if my testicles shrink. But does it cause health issues? Thoughts?

Thanks for the help. Any questions please ask.

As for the other tests that came up high or low.

I'm now taking iodine for the thyroid levels, metformin for the pre-diabetic levels (excited about this cause of all the longevity benefits of metformin, was trying to get on it for months) cholesterol levels I'm now taking fish oils and dialing back the simple carbs and less processed foods.

I feel great, no fatigue like before, no sweeping in chest, or pain in nipple area, can see my abs, definitely the biggest I've ever been. Thanks for your thoughts.

From some small long term studies i have see. High normal range E2 levels such as yours start to cause health issues as time goes by. I would want mine some what lower then that although they are not terrible. All comes down to ones comfort zone.

You can eliminate clomiphene if you do not plan to have children. Although estradiol is not as high as it seems, it would be advisable to lower the testosterone dose to 120 mg per week and add 50 mg of primobolan, which will help control estrogen levels. In addition, incorporating 20 mg of telmisartan would also be a good option to manage these levels.

On the other hand, you have high sugar (HbA1c), so it is important that you take care of your diet. Your lipid profile is affected, which indicates that you must improve your diet to stabilize cholesterol levels and protect your cardiovascular health.

Iam on trt dose now.
125mg / w
800-1000ui hcg / w

And by bloods are
T: 900
E2 : 46 (non sensitive test sadly)

Normal aromatize from t to e2 is 4%-6% max..
(your t x 0,04 - 0,06)

Waiting for side effects before taking care of ones health does not seem like a good plan to me. If i wait for side effects from high blood pressure, glucose or any of a number of things that means damage has already been done. But i prefer to be proactive not reactive.

Your e2 is completely fine, or are u experiencing some sides ?

Btw thats wery low total t for 200mg tst weekly..
I took my bloodwork with 7 days off of T. My doctor said had i injected then my levels would have been in the 700-800. I get my testosterone from the doctor.

I agree. That's why I'm posting on here. The pre-diabetic is a new thing for me. I got lazy on my diet since having my last kid. I will dial it back in.

My original question is about the anastrozole, is it worth the possible long term risks to keep my estrogen lower?

And forget this, it's correct that testosterone levels are very low for 200mg weekly.

You should check the source where you buy
I got it from the doctor. I assume it's good. But because of the high price of TRT clinics, I just started buying from hemipharma.

$435 for 10 weeks of test cyp from the doc or $46 for 10 weeks of test cyp from naps

Ofc enjoy your daily dose of AI at this weekly tst dosage

Osteoporosis (thin bones, but this only applies to long-term low E2 levels of 10 to 20 pg/ml)
Decreased sexual libido
Fatigue, lethargy and possible depression
Deteriorated skin condition
Joint pain
Decreased penile sensitivity
One study involving 400 healthy men aged 20 to 50 found that low E2 levels increased insulin resistance, muscle fat also increased and higher fasting sugar levels were measured.

Taking aromatase inhibitors reduces the action of the aromatase enzyme, which on the face of it is fine in terms of lowering blood levels of E2, because of the possible adverse estrogenic effects. According to studies, altering normal aromatase production can lead to brain inflammation. Aromatase and E2 levels were measured in injured brains and the aromatase enzyme was found to be increased to protect damaged neurons and the connections between them. Therefore, inhibition of normal aromatase levels can lead to inflammation in the healthy brain and damage. It has also been found that insufficient amounts of brain aromatase can point to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, and also plaques that damage the brain can form this way.

Show me where i said to drop it low. TRT ranges are the same as normal ranges. As TRT is a replacement. If some one wants to go higher then that, then that is what they should do. But what studies i have seem show by the high side of normal long term issue can start to be forming. But if you have any data showing different i am always open to learning.

Wtf are these studies, one with ssc disease and one with low t and elevated e2..
cmon u can do better no?

Idc about your life but pls dont say anyone to eat ai as cookies..
