TRT muscle gains

Caffeine make my blood pressure skyrocket ;-) f... Up heart. I am already eating more the 80g of carbs before workout. I still have some dextrose and maltrodextrin so will probably add that to the mix. I used to get ridiculous pumps having these 2 pre-workout probably because fast GI fueling muscles readily
It doesn't take much in the carb department for guys like you and I ;)
Caffeine helps my focus but doesn't help my pump.

In all seriousness. Mostly a trt dose is just a normal healthy males level. Don't expect to be Ferrigno off it
 
Firstly, 200mg applied twice per day will give you around 50mg per day absorbed = drop in the ocean. Cream sux, you won't take up that much through your skin, and too many vAriables such as where, when, how make for a untrustworthy way to get test through the door.

You defo won't 'transform' on that bro lol

If you start jabbing 200mg instead, that will put you slightly higher than normal test levels and you have to focus on eating g, training and resting, but again transforming bro lol no way.

Get your diet sorted, get your training sorted, then increase aaS until you hear them transformation bells ringin'
