Ok, so taking 200mg Weekly Test Cyp. I have been expiriencing really sore nipples to touch. I read up and am aware that could be a sign of higher estridol levels. I asked my doctor if I should be using a Estrogen blocker, he said he has never prescribed any one of his patients that and he treats several people. If I go on my own and take one, does it affect bloods?

Positive brother, I noticed it when I was laying down and rolled over on my chest. They are super sensitive to the point if my fiance even bumps them it hurts.

Yes, if you take an estrogen blocker it will lower your estrogen (E2) levels. As mentioned above, get bloodwork so you know where you're at. You do not want to crash your E2 by taking an estrogen blocker if your levels are OK.

They usually give bloods at 90 days to see if a adjustment is needed. If he won't check e2 do it on your own and get meds on your own.

Due for bloods early march he said.. so I guess I will check then.

I wouldn't go that long with possible high e2 symptoms. Get bloodwork now on your own. You could do it tomorrow if you wanted to.

I will check this out when I get a chance. Do high Estrogen levels also cause possible loss of erection too? I noticed that has been increasing also.

Check out the "Anti-Estrogen" section on this forum to gain an understanding of the drug choices.

Your Doc should prescribe meds to lower your E2 if it is too high.....this would be the legal method. Browse the UGL section if you end up "self-prescribing."

So I read all of them, and by the looks of it Clomid would be the best choice. But can I take that on a consistent basis to keep levels correct?

It's my understanding that Clomid is the choice for post cycle therapy. Most folks on TRT use Arimidex.

I didn't tell him about my nips, no, but i asked him if I should be on a estrogen blocker because of what I read. His response was, no, I have never prescribed such thing to any of my patients and I treat a lot of people. He is a Sports Medicine Doctor
