Im a 6' 185lb 48 yr that lost 70LBs over the last 2 yrs, with lifiting and low dose GLP's. Currently 4mg reta plus NAD+; been Rx'd 200mg test/wk for the last 10ish yrs.; initially without much e2 issues until I added HCG. Down to 18-19%BF, but lost a lot of muscles bc been off gym for hernia then surgery since November
Bout a year ago was worried about my balls so I got my urologist to give me 1000IU HCG, which initially was like a sex bomb. SO I got him to increase it to 1500. Eventually, stopped feeling much sex drive at all, and my lab had my T and E levels both way higher than ever had been before. I also recognized the feeling of too high E2, pretty sure the E2 increase was from the HCG, I temporarily just lowered my T to approx 80/wk
Bout to start my first cycle since 2008 (when I ran 750mg T/TrenE 500/100mg winny); Im just going to jump my T up to 450 or 700mg, adding tesamorelin, and maybe winny (both on hand), I have adex on hand if I need it. But thinking about stopping and hoarding the HCG until I go back down to TRT levels.
My goals are big gains in the look of my back and legs and shoulders. Strength isnt my number one priority.
Three questions:
1. Do you think going on HRT vacation is ok til I use it as PCT and transition back to TRT?
2. Do you think 450 or 700 T per week?
3. Winny Y/n?
