Trump 2020 Covid diagnosis- Political strategy or actual diagnosis?

Let me start off by saying I'm TRUMP 2020 no matter what!!!

What're the odds president trump and his team are
Using this Covid "diagnosis" to gain a political advantage on the home stretch of the campaign.
Let's look at some of the potential benefits of this "diagnosis"...

PROS

1)The media will soften derogatory rhetoric towards the president allowing voters image of the president to in this home stretch focus more on his accomplishments and positive affects on our country.

2) Trump will almost certainly stir up an emotional reaction from his base when he overcomes this virus, leading to a increased voter turnout at the polls.

3) The debates will stop; trump didn't fare well In the first one, it did absolutely nothing to help his campaign and I doubt 3 more would of made his case any stronger unless Biden did something unforgettable which is not too far fetched but I feel unlikely.

*Disclaimer: Although I think Trump and his team may be using this as a campaign strategy to win the election, it is still obviously my own speculation. If the president is really sick I do fear for him and his health, he is 74 and overweight, battling mild heart disease from what I have gathered. I love the USA and I love the current administration. Unsure whether or not this is legitimate I will still be praying for his health and for the health of everyone involved. This virus has been a tragedy in the world and our country and I so much look forward to the day when we finally overcome this together.*

Lastly, God bless any of you all who have struggled with Covid or lost a family member to Covid. This virus is real, and it is deadly. For this I have absolute certainty.

A lot of "weak people" are our family members, and our friends. Do you understand at all even though you and I have strong immune systems and Covid wouldn't affect us that transmitting it to others can compromise their health?

Do I think we should stop businesses? Absolutely not. Do I think we should take extreme measures to stop the virus? No. I think we need a vaccine, and we need to do our best to limit the transmission until we have one.

Covid is just what you said, a bad flu. A very bad flu, and for some it can cause catastrophic reactions such as inflammation of the heart and total compromise of other vital functions.

I'm with you on that you and I don't need to worry so much about it, I'll even agree masks are not very effective. But I have to disagree that we shouldn't concern ourselves with Covid, because as a community we're most than just ourselves.

Wearing a mask and banning cars is not the same thing. I really do get your point but that is one of the dumbest comparisons I’ve heard. Wearing a mask and staying away from other people sounds so horrible to some but damn man. Is it that hard? I know for a fact that my family wearing a mask and taking extra time to washing our hands has completely eliminated me and the other 6 people in our house from any flu/colds/other illnesses. Granted I don’t live in the big cities filled with disgusting forms of human life like some do. I know there are clean and honorable folks living in big cities but the majority of the population in big cities is a collection of human kinds greatest failures! It can’t be denied. That is fact. Scum of the fucking earth losers, degenerates, lazy and for the most part totally dependent on someone else to put food in their mouths and a roof over their heads. Sad but true. Far as I’m concerned let them fucking rot. Comparing wearing a mask to your freedom being compromised is ignorant at the very least.

As a doctor would you go run and tell everyone the results from a quick test, or would you wait for a known accurate normal test?

As to the germ thing, washing your hands is the reason you never get sick? I never wash my hands and I never get sick either, can I conclude that not being a germphobe has built up my immune system so I don't get sick?

Since covid, the flu, and most viruses are transferred through the lungs, nose, ears, and eyes then yes washing your hands absolutely helps prevent getting sick. Have someone with the flu cough on your hands and then go and pick your nose. You 100% get the flu.

Masks are a joke though. Unless it is form fitting and tight it isn’t really helping anyone.
