Filed by Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman, the complaint asks the Justice Department to launch a criminal and ethics investigation into the tactics of Mueller and investigators under him.
The complaint states: “Special Counsel Mueller and his prosecutorial staff should respectfully be removed from his office and their practice of the law and a new Special Counsel appointed who respects and will obey common and accepted norms of professional ethics and the law and who will promptly conclude the so-called Russian collusion investigation which had been illegally and criminally spinning out of control.”
Corsi announced last Monday he would not agree to a plea agreement with Mueller, pleading guilty to one count of perjury.
“They can put me in prison the rest of my life. I am not going to sign a lie,” he told CNN.
In the lengthy complaint, Corsi denied possing prior knowledge of plans by WikiLeaks to release the emails of Hillary Clinton campaign officials. “Employing his professional skills and considerable experience as an analyst and investigative journalist, Dr. Corsi logically concluded that WikiLeaks would release Podesta’s emails soon in a second round ‘data dump’ from the same group of DNC emails stolen on July 5, 2016,” according to the complaint.
A draft court filing via Mueller claims Corsi made false statements regarding an exchange he shared with political operative Roger Stone, in which the pair discussed the email dump targeting Clinton.
“Word is friend in embassy plans 2 more dumps,” Corsi wrote Stone in an email. “One shortly after I’m back. 2nd in Oct. Impact planned to be very damaging.”
“Time to let more than (Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta) to be exposed as in bed w enemy if they are not ready to drop HRC (Hillary Rodham Clinton),” Corsi added. “That appears to be the game hackers are now about.”
Klayman also filed the complaint with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel in Washington, D.C., asking the body to probe the special counsel for possible breaches in professional responsibility under the bar’s rules and regulations.
“In filing this Complaint, my client is not only standing up for his own legal and constitutional rights, but also those of the American people,” the lawyer said in a statement. “This rogue government tyranny perpetrated by a Special Counsel and his prosecutorial staff, which is designed to effectively overthrow a duly elected president by coercing and extorting false testimony from Dr. Corsi and others, cannot be permitted in a civilized society.”

The attorneys general of Maryland and the District of Columbia are preparing to move forward with subpoenas for President Trump's businesses in their lawsuit alleging he is in violation of the U.S. Constitution's emoluments clause.
U.S. District Court Judge Peter J. Messitte gave the order for discovery in the case to proceed to D.C. Attorney General Karl A. Racine and Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh, who have accused Trump of illegally profiting off the presidency. The list of subpoena targets will be released on Tuesday.
"We will now serve subpoenas to third-party organizations and federal agencies to gather the necessary evidence to prove that President Trump is violating the Constitution's emoluments clauses — our nation's original anti-corruption laws," Racine said in a statement.
The lawsuit has zeroed in on the Trump International Hotel, only blocks from the White House, and whether or not he has profited from both foreign and state government spending at the hotel.
There have been questions about Trump's legal and business entanglements since he took office, which have been compounded by the president's refusal to release his personal tax returns and hesitation to sever ties with his business empire.
On Jan. 3, Democrats take control of the House, and a new congressional session will begin.
“The tweets could be the basis for the House to determine if the president engaged in an abuse of power or worse,” said Berke, referencing the past presidents — Richard M. Nixon and Bill Clinton — who were impeached for abuse of power and obstruction of justice.
But Peter Carr, spokesman for the special counsel, confirmed to Yahoo News on Monday that the Manafort memo “will be public,” although he added there could be some portions that are redacted or filed as a sealed addendum. The Manafort memo has been requested by the federal judge in his case so that prosecutors could, for the first time, spell out what matters they believe Manafort has lied to them about.
The fact that Mueller is planning a public filing about Manafort suggests he may no longer feel the need to withhold information about his case in order to bring additional indictments against others. That would be consistent with messages his prosecutors have given defense lawyers in recent weeks indicating that they are in the endgame of their investigation.
“They’ve been telling people they are tying up loose ends and trying to conclude,” said one source familiar with the communications between Mueller’s office and defense lawyers who represent key witnesses in the case.
That message was reinforced to some degree Monday when Mueller’s office talked to congressional investigators as part of an ongoing discussion about whether new subpoenas for testimony by House and Senate committees might interfere with Mueller’s investigation.
The response, which surprised one investigator, was that it would not, at least in matters relating to alleged obstruction by the White House in the Russia investigation itself. “What we were told is that the investigation has reached a mature enough stage that they’ve basically talked to everybody they want to talk to,” said a knowledgeable source who asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the matter.

We pursue the facts alongside our fellow citizens. But in a cult of personality, truth is replaced by belief, and we believe what the leader wishes us to believe. The face replaces the mind.
The transition from democracy to personality cult begins with a leader who is willing to lie all the time, in order to discredit the truth as such. The transition is complete when people can no longer distinguish between truth and feeling.

Counsel Robert Mueller’s team, accusing investigators of trying to bully him into giving “false testimony” against President Trump.
The complaint, which Corsi had threatened for days, is the latest escalation between Mueller’s team and its investigation targets.
The 78-page document, asserting the existence of a “slow-motion coup against the president,” was filed to a range of top law enforcement officials including Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, D.C.’s U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu and the Bar Disciplinary Counsel.
“Dr. Corsi has been criminally threatened and coerced to tell a lie and call it the truth,” the complaint states.
Corsi, who wrote the anti-President Obama book “The Obama Nation” and is connected with political operative Roger Stone, has claimed for the past week that he was being improperly pressured by Mueller’s team to strike a plea deal which he now says he won’t sign.
