Trying to get my body back to normal after ketosis?

Hi there I'm new to this forum and people seem to have a lot of knowledge in diets on here

I am appox 5'11 and 180lbs

I came of sugar and went onto a low carb diet due to having a stomach problem (bacteria)so thought I would try if for a few weeks to get rid of it anyway I think I entered ketosis never even heard or knew it existed till now had all the symptoms kept urinating feeling like shit no energy dizzeness brain fog etc...

So I thought not really wanting to be in this so tried to get out by eating all carbs again then ended up with symptoms of low blood sugar went to doc's explained he didn't want to take into considration about my diet just intrested in blood sugars and technical things anyway bloods came back OK but I know something is wrong with them as I can drink a big glass of OJ then I seem to go back to normal until a few hours later

Been to hospital as it got that bad and they did some checks and said everything is fine with bloods urine etc but I'm certainly not fine as most days still feel like crap dizzness and keep urinating

For the last 3 days I have tried a diet that consists of approx

150 grams of carbs (Inc OJ etc..)
100 grams protein
100 grams of fat

But still having bad times I seem to be in and out of feeling OK mainly dizziness when im bad I was urinating properly for the first couple of days so thought I was getting better then got up today and the water works started again

Please if anybody who knows or been in a similar position any help will be appriated just want to be back to normal

Im my experience, honey could help(at breakfast with the coffee) and decrease the fiber.
Currently I can run two weeks in the poliquin style(cetogenic breakfast and lowcarb logic in general terms) and return to the normal diet(moderate/high carbs) for two weeks.
I think the food timming is very important(no oatmeal at breakfast bc raise cortisol WITH high glicemic carbs, atleast cooked oatmeal;the same about breakfast whey or WHITE eggs in the breakfast, again my experience). For veggies intake you can drink a green smothie in the dinner a few times at week and the most important thing protein intake moderate/low at least as therapeutic practice will give you a so fucking wellness feeling.
Hope this help.
