For those with BP issues on dbol I have found this works for me, it keeps your BP still high but controllable.
Milk thistle daily with Bayer aspirin 3x a day and plenty of water.

IMO you have two options.
Treat by when symptoms occur.
Or run you suspension consistent. then get bloods if symptoms do not occur first. By consistent I mean,
Example: workouts Monday, wed, Friday, suspension would be taken on workout days and same dose of suspension taken each time. After few weeks get blood drawn and see where you stand. But, just adding in let's say .10 mg of ari just to try to adjust is not responsible.

@thetsl actually bro your right. I didn't lose out. I shouldn't be pissed. I'm just feeling personally attacked and disrespected and this 800mg of tren is not letting me back down. You sent the gear you said you would. So this isn't a wasted experience for everyone my associate has agreed to take possession of your gear and provide bloods. I will post results here.

First time poster here, not a shill; here's my story and my review.
I had been in good shape my entire life, active duty military for more than a decade, shooting for 20 to retire. All of a sudden, health goes to shit, diagnosed with a non-cancerous brain tumor. Tumor secretes cortisol and prolactin at the cyclic rate (hey, free caber 4 life tho) prolactin can be controlled, cortisol; not so much, in addition all of this caused secondary hypo so on TRT for ever as I'm permanently shut down. Two effective ways to really keep cortisol in check, RU486 (expensive and Dr won't rx off-label), and Tren. That's what brought me here.
With tons of cortisol in the bloodstream and 125mg/wk test from TRT, all dieting would do was cause me to go catabolic. I kept around 2200 cal/day, macros dialed in, and did what cardio I could but got up to 42" waist and couldn't shake it.
45 days and 2 orders later using (Tren A/Mast A/Test A) @ 50/50/12.5 ED and 25mg Aromasin ED, I've lost 6" in my waist, gained 1" on each bicep, gained 3" on chest. Most of all I finally feel better. I go for my 6mo cortisol level check in a couple of weeks and will post before and after 24hr cortisol labs. Once I reach my goal switching to a maintenance dose using ethanate for e4d dosing.
Review of gear: Little burn on injection, 2-3 day soreness at site (this was surprising to me having used pharma cyp for years), zero infections after 45 pins. T/A - quick both orders. Vials have been way more full than I see from rx, and no contamination. Aromasin in caps seems legit as well, I've got tinnitus that flares up like crazy when E2 gets low (happened when Dr. switched me from Test Cyp to clomid for a trial), day after first 25mg cap, <ring>. My $.02

Curiosity.... so tinnitus.... ringing of the ears? Actually caused by low e2?
Every now and again my ears sound like a frag grenade going of (best way to put it) figured ear drums are fucked and would eventually need hearing aids.... fuck it lol
But I've ran across tinnitus before and know it is mostly for woman and elderly, with high blood pressure being the cause so I'd think it would be related to high estro (my limited grasp on subject)
So you only have a "ringing" ? And test positive for low E2.....?

Yeah, for me it's a constant high pitched ringing (squeal), it's not that it's caused by the low E2 but it triggers it if you already have it. My BP has actually been running a bit low (Cialis + Lisinopril). From what I've been told the ringing is the frequency I have most of my loss at and the brain tries to fill in what is missing.
The reason I brought that up is my reaction to the Aromasin was exactly the same as when I was rx'ed clomid, it's a noticeable increase in the perceptibility of the tinnitus.

I have a pineal cyst dead smack in the middle of my brain... Had brain surgery 3 weeks before Christmas and I'm doing okay. In a way my accident at work saved my life because If I didn't fall off a ladder and need MRI/CT scans they would of never found the brain mass blocking spinal fluid that was building up. I have to have it checked every 5 years but I live my life day to day.
Sorry to hear your tumor causes you to secrete excess hormones. My injuries and brain surgery lowered my testosterone dramatically and raised my estrogen due to my body trying to repair itself and the stress from everything. Because of AAS I got my life back and I don't ever regret going forward with this. There's a lot of ways to leave this earth and AAS/GH usage isn't one of them.... Regardless of what anyone says here. Nobody knows what it's likes laying a hospital bed for 3 weeks constipated from morphine/oxycodone, spinal cord injury and waiting to die from what a young resident Doctor labeled a brain tumor in which the real neuro-surgeon gave me assurance it wasn't one... But still brain surgery at any age is a hard pill to swallow. One nick of the optic nerve and you're blind.

@thetsl is the vial with the floater still new and unopened? If so, why not pay to send it to SIMEC? Also, why not start telling everyone for gear that might have floaters, or be questionable, do not open it and front the money to have SIMEC Test the gear and send a replacement vial? This is the proper way to reassure everyone the gear is safe and will only help you in the long run. Atlas refused to do this and it was funny how the wheels fell off when we started pushing for Testing he felt wasn't needed, because his reputation was good enough.
Will you agree to start sending questionable gear to SIMEC and pay for the testing needed, along with sending a replacement vial to the member? If not, please answer why not. Thank you...
BTW you might want to research 24K a little more before you make posts like that. He was a true class act and missed by many in this community. I never ran his gear, but followed his thread.

Yeah , I opened this bottle up today to see what the hell was in it , and to see if the inside of the stopper was damaged . my phone is a piece of shit so the pics aren't great , but there is zero damage to the stopper inside or out . I will say honestly whatever it is , is a similar color to the stopper but its hard to tell ? Tsl already squared up with me so that wasn't an issue . I mean the cap may have been faulty and had a piece of debris stuck in it before it was capped , but the stopper definitely isn't damaged , for what its worth .

Put the piece on a hard counter top and apply pressure with the flat side of your pocket knife blade. If it doesn't crunch or disintegrate you've probably got a piece of rubber.

Yeah bro it honestly could be part of the stopper I seriously can't tell , other then the fact there isn't any obvious damage I can see ? No , I always rotate where I draw from and the stopper is still rubbery ( not dried out or anything) . I don't know as long as no one else has any issues I'm not really worried about it , he handled well with me . so I'm just chalking up to one of those fluke things that happen

Yeah not black and I said it similar color to stopper ( hard to tell its tiny ) I'm for sure leaning towards the fact its the stopper . its just weird there is no puncture marks on it , thats why I originally jump to fact it was a floater .
