I also feel like after I got a few orders in, at not just minor... the communication magically got better-- must be like a VIP thing :)

I've noticed the same thing. First couple orders communication was a bit rocky. Haven't had any issues since then. Always get a response within usually a day. That said I still feel like I need to check up on an order status because of those former issues which is a minus for me. So far what I've received has been good though which is a big plus. I'm never in a hurry to get my gear but still like to receive my stuff in a timely fashion just like the next man.

Looking to try a new source and have been trying to get a response back from tsl but no reply. Padawan got back to me about contact and ordering info but when I sent him another message about not hearing back yet and if that was normal he didn't reply. Don't want to sound to much like an impatient bitch but since I'm new here I'm not sure what's the norm.
 
Im ok with waiting as long as I get what I order and its good stuff. Ive order a couple times from international sources and it takes a while. Quicker when I use bitcoin (14 days instead of like 21)

I know he is domestic but has stated his turnaround may vary and if you are not ok with that, then dont order from him. Its not like people are ordering from him and not getting their stuff...
 
First time I emailed, he got back to me within a few hours. Then when I replied to that email and subsequent emails, it was about 2 days between responses. Not on top of things totally, but also not leaving me hanging forever. If it's been longer than that, email again or send a pm.

Better yet, yell it "MESO ORDER!!!" In subject. If your actually ordering, otherwise "Meso Inquiry" for questions. Keep in mind your wasting time with questions, that you might be able to figure out here if you pilfer through all the garbage. Haha, there's only 471 pages to go through. And maybe 50, of value, maybe
