Don't get so comfortable guys. There is a big difference between laws and common expectations. People still get placed in handcuffs and lose their children for marijuana possession.
Is it likely for a low level criminal to get busted... NO! Is it likely for a low level criminal to get busted when there is a dickhead cop that has a hardon for you... YES!
