It was 4 business days, but that does not matter. During ordering and payment, emails were answered within 2 hours which I appreciate, but after not answering direct emails for a couple days, then telling me my pack went out on Tuesday night, then saying you'll grab my tracking, then your rep telling me in a PM that I'll never get tracking, and then you emailed me a couple more times about what I said on the forum instead... you act childish.

The fact that you came on here after pages of what's going on, and my post is the first you quote to tear apart is immature in itself. My concern in regards to communication and tracking was due to YOUR ALLEGED CONNECTION WITH LE. Am I in agreement with this allegation, no... but it is alarming for someone about to receive a pack, and for you not to see that for your clients is ridiculous in my opinion.

I literally just advised caution. Don't get so offended, and try to understand where I and everyone else is coming from

@thetsl ,all the confusion and subsequent uncertainty that your shoddy operation caused your customer and then you respond to his inquiries to address his forum behavior? No doubt you took that opportunity to chastise him as well.
