They held it about three weeks I'm assuming due to a broken vial and a oil soaked package. I can't be 100% sure but it looks like they opened a bottle of orals because one out of five had the seal removed and it just looked tampered with. I did receive it after about 35 days. I let it sit outside till I was fairly sure nobody was watching. They Definity opened the package but the stealth was good.
Ultimately I would order again once I get over my fear. So I don't think customs are "hot" like I said, it was just all the oil that undoubtedly drew their attention.
Would have updated sooner but had a hospital stay.
EMS shipping method has been very safe for all USA states since a long time. We are %100 transparent about the "hotness" of customs so clients can always count on us when we say there is no specific customs issue.
 
We have removed EU Domestic shipping method as is was costly and slow.

We recently had two seized packs on the road to EU in one vehicle(transport was done by cars or truck) that receivers were refunded due to our full refund policy about EU Domestic shipping. We will hopefully soon arrange a faster shipper. And we'll post update here.

Clients can always check our up to date shipping info page before making order. The listed methods and country info is always up to date.

When a shipping method says (very high success rate) next to it, it means it is %100 or nearly %100 safe for that specific country.

Recently Canada orders with expedited shipping have been succesful. Canada customs open up and shut down monthly(against us), sometimes packs may go in without a problem for 3 months and then all may get seized for 1 month. When the route is open we would recommend stocking up for Canada clients.
 
Unfortunately, I’ve been black listed by TPS for a reason I still don’t understand. But I just want any newcomers who read this to know you are dealing with a fantastic source. TPS is quick to answer any questions and provide his service. I made two orders and both arrived correct with actually some extra freebies which was very generous of him. Highly recommend this guy

Regular airmail seems to work well for Canada right now too.

Sometimes clients threaten us or try to scam us, in that case we wait for the deal to be done and later we dont accept further orders from them. We have a client blacklist, all are clients who caused us issues without our fault.

On all our shipping methods, it says that "signature may or may not be required." and this client has complained about the signature that we "requested". We never request signatures, if it was up to us, we wouldnt request any signature for any pack as it sometimes makes clients nervous. Later he threatened to post what happened here on Meso a few times, which was ok as we did nothing wrong. He didnt go to pick up the pack that was already waiting for him etc... We are %100 transparent, anyone can comment here in any way they like. But we also have the option not to accept orders from specific clients.

When we blacklist, there is no way of going back as we dont have the time to deal with problematic clients over and over again. As long as a client doesnt doesnt cause any serious issues or threats, we dont blacklist, there are very few clients who are blacklisted. No one wants to lose clients, but sometimes, to keep the system funcitoning properly, we have to do this.

*Please dont forget to read shipping info page when making an order. A client has to approve that he read shipping info page before completing the order.
 
Hey TP, just wondering if there was there a change to the recipe for domestic NPP 150? My vials from last year crashed pretty much daily. The new ones I got haven't crashed at all and look like a slightly different color than the old ones, a lot more clear

Yes we are tying to prevent them from crashing. Raw quantity is always the same. solvents or oil type may vary.
 
Got a small order today that I placed only 9 days ago and used standard shipping. Much quicker than I expected for international.
 
Due to recent success of expedited shipping method to Spain, now we offer one free reship guarantee for Spain with expedited shipping. There is tax payment required in entrance to Spain, which is around 20-40€.

TP....this is why I truly think you have me confused with someone else. This whole story about me complaining about a signature that was "requested" quite literally never happened for me. I have zero clue what you are referring to. I have never once not gone to pick up a package I ordered from you. Every single order I placed was shipped directly to my door step and never required a signature. I've literally never had nothing but perfect transactions with you. Can we please message privately about this, so you can show me the messages I supposedly made in this story. I am now even more confused by all of this

What happened is, another person with same name as you got into an argument about us requesting signature from him and he wouldnt go get the pack from shipping office. He asked us why we didnt trust him so we requested signature(we cant request or not request signatures for packs). We told him to contact shipping company and receive the pack(later he did, without further problems). He also threatened to post the situation here on Meso twice or three times.. A crazy dude. We noted him down with his first name in blacklist. When you asked, as name is uncommon and we didnt write down his surname, there has been a confusion, assuming you were him.

After you spoke to us and we gave you the full name, we noted it down to blacklist with "your" surname included so we wouldnt have any similar issues in future. The strange part is that this other guy, who should have been blacklisted, is still ordering without a problem. He made an order recently, we checked the names and he was good to go, so we sent the order :)

Canada orders are going through without a problem with expedited shipping right now(in 4-6 days mostly). Wanted to give an update as Canadian clients are mostly very hesitant due to their strict customs.

We would recommend stocking up for Canadian clients as no one knows when customs will decide to get strict again.
