Has the pip issue with the domestic line been strengthened out or still waiting for a fix?

I love running Aburaihan test e too, every user does. Hope they dont mess up Iran, so we can keep on getting Aburaihans without a problem.Aburaihans have been subject to lab test for 5-6 times in last years and they passed them all. Also they have a thick oil that doesnt cause pip which is amazing.

Curious if you changed carrier oils or was it something else that was the issue?
It was a batch of raw that caused the issue. It caused pip and injection site pain to some of the users.
Now its all fixed and not gonna happen again. Plese feel free to try and write any negative/positive feedback here.

Thanks for the update TP. So all the domestic line is still just using gso correct? Any plans to offer mct oil in the future?
Yes, but we'll not be switching to MCT as many people are allergic to it.
BTW we switched all pip causing testosterones with new ones. We had a client reaching out for his order from 10-2023 yesterday, his vials coincided with bad raw, we re switching all his bottles with new, updated vials.(for free of course).

New Pfizer Ngenla somatrogon is in stock. 380$/180 iu smartpen
Its basically the newer version of somatropin that just recently came out to market. It requires once per week injection. We have it in pharmacies here, it has already been tried by me, Mr.Tp(me) the guinea pig last week.
As a 6 iu hgh user, I was using 42 ih hgh per week. According to research below I thought 90 iu per week would be a good equivalent as research dosed them like 2.2 points more dose for somatrogon.
Study of reference is as below and with these dosages they said there was similar height growth effect in children;
"Efficacy and Safety of Weekly Somatrogon vs Daily Somatropin in Children With Growth Hormone Deficiency: A Phase 3 Study"
"participants were randomized 1:1 to receive once-weekly somatrogon (0.66 mg/kg/week) or once-daily somatropin (0.24 mg/kg/week) for 12 months."

So with 90 iu somatrogon injection last week, my hand numbness went from level 3 to level 8. This means 90 iu somatrogon is not equal to 42 iu somatropin. Next week I'll go down to 60 iu to check.
I always check new lotes of cinnatropin myself to see the effect from hand numbness. When I go up to 8 iu somatropin from 6iu, numbness goes up. Its pretty easy to understand when you are an experienced hgh user. Its hard to comment on the effects as it has been 3 days so far.
Ngenla is around 2.2 usd per iu whereas genotropin is around 5.2 usd (both Pfizer) so if they are to be dosed in similar iu, Ngenla comes out much cheaper.

Do I understand that correctly? If I take 4IU of Somatropin a day, do I have to dose 28IU of Pfizer Ngenla Somatrogon once a week?
According to the research above, as equivalent of 28 iu somatropin weekly is about 60 iu somatrogon/week. Somatrogon should be injected once a week. There is even a warning on its pen, you can check the photos above.

As 42 iu hgh user I shot 90 iu somatrogon a few days ago. Dose was arranged according to this research but found it to be very high due to side effects. Nobody knows the equivalent dose of it compared to somatropin as its a very new drug. After Pfizer's licence ends, generics of this new hgh should be pretty cheap.

Are you using the same 3x conversion for hGH (from mg to IU) as for NGENLA? NGENLA is dosed in mg and 1 mg NGENLA is not the same as 1 mg hGH.
I was thinking it was more like 60 mg NGENLA/wk would be more similar to 10 IU hGH/d (ballpark). So the pricing of NGENLA is a little higher for "hGH equivalents" compared to Genos.
